Wish there was an option for negative stars! Had my trans replaced in my Honda Accord, and it never…read moredid run right again. It took them taking the car back 3 times to fix it, and it still had trans warranty issues they didn't know how to fix like stalling in the middle of the intersection which it never did before, but they had no prob charging me over 3k!!! I ended up having to sell the car because Sierra Transmissions never fully honored the warranty and fixed the car right! I had over $800 in rental car fees in just the times they kept my car for weeks on end! I would NEVER recommend you do business with this co. and now they have relocated or went out of business from Watt Ave ??? Avoid Barry Morris and whatever his new location is!!!

Was AAA recommended when I brought my car here a few years ago. Had my clutch rebuilt. Apparently,…read moreSierra used really inferior parts and it appears they overturned the flywheel which resulted in my needing a whole new clutch sooner than I probably should have. Plus, I had this terrible noise in what I thought was my suspension. Turns out that when my new mechanic took my car apart to fix the clutch, he discovered Sierra hadn't put my car back together properly. It took this long for the problems to come to light because I put very few miles on my car. Of course, the warranty is expired. I showed my parts to my father who has experience with cars and he agreed that the parts were sub standard.

Quality auto shop! Had a very honest and genuine experience here. Ty is super knowledgeable and…read morecommunicates efficiently. Her customer service is amazing! I felt like they had my best interest at heart and gave me the right perspective regarding my aging vehicle. I've been to other shops who just try to slap a bandaid on issues just for additional ones to rise up. 10/10 recommend!

Terrible service and complete denial of responsibility. I will never come back here and do not…read morerecommend this shop to anyone. On May 20th, we brought our Ford Transit-250 to this shop due to a coolant leak. During the repair process, they raised the price four times: first about $1,100, then $1,800, then $2,400, and finally charged us $3,084.52. We were able to pick up the vehicle only on May 23rd, but it immediately broke down just a few minutes later. The shop was closed for three days and only performed diagnostics on May 27th. After that, there were disputes, complete denial of any responsibility, and refusal to cover the damages. They then tried to charge us an additional $4,651.70 for a transmission replacement, claiming this was a new issue unrelated to their work. We were only able to retrieve the vehicle on May 29th, and today, June 2nd, we are finally starting the real repairs at another shop. During all this time, our business has been incurring losses due to the vehicle downtime. An independent evaluation confirmed that the exhaust manifold bolts were left loose during their repair, causing significant exhaust leaks and possible thread damage. The report also found oil leaks from both valve cover gaskets, transmission failure, and the "Check Engine" light on - all of which appeared immediately after their repair. I have sent an official demand letter to the shop requesting compensation for the damages. If my demands are not met, I will file a lawsuit and will definitely obtain compensation. In court, I will seek a much higher amount, including business losses, legal costs, and compensation for moral damages. This shop not only failed to fix the problem but also wasted almost two weeks of our time, caused business losses, and is trying to avoid responsibility. Don't waste your time and money here.
