DO NOT GO HERE. Waste of my money $1,800 on a paint job. ANd i had to put the bumper and wheel wells back myself.. after knee surgery...... Quality of work is very low, they rushed through my whole car paint process. Broke brackets and clips, was a hassle to get it fixed. Very poor customer service and little to no communication, and Mark was very hostile making threats to come to my house and beat me up over a simple paint job. They did a paint job on my bumper and tried to make a delivery in protective wrap. And showed up with it just in the bed of a truck all scratched up... i was very irrtated with how they treated me. 0/10 Service. My paint is a shade different, (wasnt before) *possible they just coated over without primer) Broke Clips and Brackets. I called around 12 noon to inquire about front brake work and was happy that they were able to schedule me for that afternoon as I already had my parts. I provided the parts and was charged $149 for their brake speciaI. I have always seen very positive reviews on social media for T-Rex and wanted to try them for the brake work on my 2013 Honda Fit. It's very unassuming at first, located off a busy highway with not much else, but isn't that how most hidden gems are? Saw a solid review on this shop, was tired of getting ripped off by the dealership and the AAA shop, took my daughters mini cooper here that was having ongoing issues nobody could seem to fix. Shop had it for a few days, runs like new now. Ram truck check engine like came on about that same time, took it to Mark and his team, had it for two days and it runs great. Note that the dealership said it needed substantial repairs, T-Rex found it simply needed new sparkplugs and coil pack. Mark Sr and Mark Jr are now my go-to mechanics, highly recommend them. I came in to take advantage of their anniversary special for a $20 oil change (wow!) - make your appointment online to take advantage of that. The heating in my car was also completely gone, so I needed that to be taken care of. The heating component ended up being over $2,000, and I admittedly did not shop around, so I couldn't tell you if that price was fair or steep - but what I can tell you is that that service was done incredibly fast, and the issue was fixed. The heat has never been better. The company keeps you updated via text message - I was quoted 2 days, but it only took 1 day. I've brought my car into a dealership, and had to constantly call and check in the status of my car, with them not providing updates.
