Saw a solid review on this shop, was tired of getting ripped off by the dealership and the AAA shop, took my daughters mini cooper here that was having ongoing issues nobody could seem to fix. Shop had it for a few days, runs like new now. Ram truck check engine like came on about that same time, took it to Mark and his team, had it for two days and it runs great. Note that the dealership said it needed substantial repairs, T-Rex found it simply needed new sparkplugs and coil pack. Mark Sr and Mark Jr are now my go-to mechanics, highly recommend them. I came in to take advantage of their anniversary special for a $20 oil change (wow!) - make your appointment online to take advantage of that. The heating in my car was also completely gone, so I needed that to be taken care of. The heating component ended up being over $2,000, and I admittedly did not shop around, so I couldn't tell you if that price was fair or steep - but what I can tell you is that that service was done incredibly fast, and the issue was fixed. The heat has never been better. The company keeps you updated via text message - I was quoted 2 days, but it only took 1 day. I've brought my car into a dealership, and had to constantly call and check in the status of my car, with them not providing updates.
