The drinks here are seriously good -- well-crafted, flavorful, and consistent every time. You can tell a lot of care goes into what they serve. There is a ton of variety on the menu too It does get pretty busy, especially during peak hours, but the staff handles it really well. They're quick, organized, and still manage to keep things friendly. The vibe is upbeat and energetic -- lots of movement, good music, and a fun atmosphere. Such a great place to start off your ski day. Definitely worth the visit -- just be ready for a bit of a crowd.

This place is super cute and seemed like the main coffee spot in town. It was very busy and there was a line out the door. Service was quick and we ordered and got our drinks/food with minimum wait! The lattes were not great in my opinion. The coconut mocha was super syrupy and our lattes were mainly milk. We also ordered a burrito and it didn't have a ton of flavor. Overall, I think this spot has great potential but could focus more on the quality of food and drinks!

One of the best places In our town to enjoy coffee, breakfast, bakery goods, lunch sandwiches while chilling inside or outside. It has an awesome vibe and locals and visitors all love this spot. Enjoy!

I wish I had found Java On Fourth my first day in Sun Valley and not my last! It was a very busy spot, but the line moved quickly. And it didn't take long until my coffee was in hand. Shortly after breakfast was delivered to my table. The burrito my husband ordered was called the Macho burrito. It was proportionately filled and huge. The OJ was fresh squeezed and some of the best we have tasted. My scramble was clean, simple and delicious. We took two treats to go. Kitchen sink cookie and a apple turnover. The price was right and the service was impeccable. It is a crowded cafe, but there is plenty of seating. You just have to be patient and that's not hard when the outcome is a filling and delicious breakfast and great cup of coffee. Cheers!

Best spot for a quick coffee or breakfast! So many healthy and tasty breakfast options. Don't skip the Bowl of Soul, I have to get at least one every time I'm in town. Best local spot!

Mediocre drinks, less than mediocre baked goods. Better coffee in town with shorter lines.

**ONE OF KETCHUM'S BEST-KEPT SECRETS -- AND PERHAPS THE BEST BREAKFAST BURRITO ON EARTH**…read more I almost hesitate to write this review because **FRX is still gloriously under the radar**, and as a Ketchum local I have a selfish interest in keeping it that way. But greatness must be acknowledged. FRX has apparently decided that the entire restaurant industry has become unnecessarily complicated. Most restaurants hand you a six-page menu containing 83 things they make reasonably well. **FRX has basically said: Screw that. We're going to make ONE thing for breakfast and ONE thing for lunch--and make both of them ridiculously good.** And somehow, it works. Breakfast is a burrito. That's it. And I am prepared to say something completely reasonable and not at all hyperbolic: **It may be the best breakfast I have ever eaten in my life.** Eggs. Cheese. Sausage. Spectacularly crispy potatoes. Salsa. And apparently several other mystery ingredients that I neither understand nor particularly want explained to me, because whatever alchemy is happening inside that tortilla should probably remain a closely guarded secret. The textures are perfect. Soft eggs. Melted cheese. Crispy potatoes. Savory sausage. A little heat. A little acidity. Every bite somehow gets better. It is less a breakfast burrito than a **portable flavor explosion**. And it is HUGE. Eat one of these in the morning and there is an excellent chance you can simply cancel lunch, dinner and perhaps breakfast the following day. Yet somehow, particularly by Ketchum standards, it remains shockingly reasonably priced. Then lunch arrives and FRX performs another culinary magic trick. The vast breakfast empire shuts down and the menu essentially becomes: **CHICKEN.** Their crispy fried chicken sandwich is phenomenal. High-quality chicken. Perfectly crisp exterior. Juicy inside. A fantastic bun. Just enough special spicy sauce to make things interesting without obliterating your taste buds. Add the potatoes on the side and you have one of the most satisfying lunches in town. Again, this is not a restaurant trying to impress you with 47 ingredients, microgreens arranged with tweezers and a paragraph explaining the provenance of the chicken. **It's a chicken sandwich.** Except it happens to be an insanely good chicken sandwich. The whole place has a funky, casual, slightly irreverent mountain-town vibe that I love. No pretension whatsoever. The owner is right there, taking care of people and clearly giving a damn about what comes out of the kitchen. This is exactly the kind of place visitors can easily drive right past while heading toward something bigger, shinier and infinitely more expensive. **DON'T.** If you are visiting Ketchum, passing through town, skiing, hiking, biking--or simply possess a functioning mouth--put FRX on your list. I live here. I eat at plenty of great restaurants here. And this little place making essentially **two things** has managed to produce one of my absolute favorite meals in the entire valley. Sometimes you don't need a gigantic menu. You just need to make the hell out of two things. **FRX does.** Highly, highly recommended. And if the breakfast burrito starts getting impossible for me to obtain because of this review, I reserve the right to delete everything I just wrote.

People can have a bad day, and I never want to cast negative light on a small business, but this experience warrants a review. I ran into the store quickly with my 3 year old for some raw products and side dishes for dinner ...a super quick $100. When I got home 15 min later, I realized one of the items I had been carrying around the store was not in my bag. Since I had gone there particularly for that item, and specifically remember taking it out of the refrigerator when I first got there, I wanted to call and make sure they could put it aside for me if I had been charged for it OR that I hadn't accidentally left it out in the store not refrigerated and unnoticed. Since I wasn't provided with a receipt, I didn't know, but I did know that I took it out of the refrigerator and placed a few things on another table near the register as to not block anyone while still grabbing and dashing! Charged or not, I felt I had left it out somewhere and wanted to make sure it got back to refrigeration and didn't go to waste! You'd think this would be a simple conversation with the store owner. So I called the store to let them know. I tried to explain that I'd gone up to the counter with raw creamer, but it didn't make its way into the bag, so I wasn't sure if I was charged for it or not but it should be somewhere around the cash register area regardless! The owner curtly interjected while I was mid sentence that she did not charge me for creamer. I tried to explain again that I had taken it out of the refrigerator and she might want to check on the table with the soup containers bc I had placed things there before getting to the register. I wasn't trying to argue that I had paid for it. Her response was, "we did not charge you for creamer. Do you understand that??" I am not exaggerating, she said it just like this! To a customer!! Very shocked at her response and tone, thinking there must be some huge miscommunication, I tried explaining again that I was positive I had left it in the store, out of the fridge, regardless of being charged. And told her where I thought she should l check. I thought for sure this would resolve the conversation and it could end on a good note. I was not being confrontational at all b/c there was nothing to argue about! She then accosted me again and told me I did not "get charged for creamer" and then HUNG up on me!! The OWNER!! Acted like this!!! Over a customer trying to tell her she left the creamer out! Such a disappointment as the store was a great resource for me. I absolutely love supporting small businesses and local farmers, but can improvise elsewhere after this experience.
