Ocean breeze plus relaxing instrumental musics plus random people chatting = relaxing at its best. Breakfast bagel was simple but fresh. My spring fling drink was unique indeed. When I got there I fell in love with the outdoor patio and cottage feel. Inside is small but roomy. The girl at the counter greeted me and took my order: a 16oz Pistachio Extra Hot Oat Milk Latte with no foam/no room. It was ready quickly but as soon as I picked it up I knew it had foam by the weight of it. I had 2 sips, took off the lid and my cup was less than 3/4 full and there was still more foam on top. Hence the 4 stars. It was pretty good but barista's..."No foam/No room means fill it to the rim please and I do not want any foam. I decided not to say anything but if I go back I definitely will since it was $8.25 for a 16oz cup and was really more like p8oz...just sayin' ~ and that's all I have to say about that...

Plenty of seating available when we came (middle of day on a Friday), parking as well! Food is so fresh and tasty. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls is dynamite! I added to my sprouts salad. While waiting for my mom at her doctor's appointment I was looking for a place to pick up something to eat and noticed this nice green colored building with outdoor seating that said Juice Bar and Vegan Café. Well, this was "right up my alley" and went inside. The whole place is light and bright with corner to corner windows and plenty of seating. There is a chalk board on the wall that let's patrons know that all food is made to order and fresh. Also listed is their "Specials" of the day. The cashier was such a joy to talk and between the Menu Items, Specials of the Day and Soup of the Day, I wanted to try them all. I got the Tuna Chick Wrap and Sunflower Curry Soup and was so impressed on how delicious they both were. All I could think about it, there should be a location like this in Fort Lauderdale as this is where I live, I was just visiting mom in Stuart. On the way out I also bought Spicy Pumpkin Seeds. Fruits and Roots is an absolute Gem of a place and I hope they expand into South Florida, just cant say enough nice things.

Service was quick and served with a smile. I ordered my typical black tea latte with honey (a drink which most places have a hard time understanding let alone making) . However, here it was made to perfection. As was the breakfast I ordered which consisted of sour dough bread toast and soft boiled egg.Anthony I didn't plan on ordering a pastry, their blueberry muffin was calling my name and it didn't disappoint. If you're looking for a breakfast not a snack, this is probably not the place for you. However, if your primary interest is a coffee or tea and pastry you'll like this place. It's cute, offers indoor and patio dining and is located in the oh so cool Port Salerno area. The only negative for me (and the reason they lost a star) is the lack of breakfast items and that "cold" soft boiled egg. I'm not a fan of "cold" eggs or soft boiled eggs for that matter. However, if that works for you, give Gilbert's a shot. I believe you'll enjoy the food, service and atmosphere

The inside is beautifully decorated, and the outdoor patio is perfect for soaking it all in. Just a heads up, definitely request a shaded table if you're going on a hot day and want to sit outside. Some seats are completely exposed with zero cover, and it seemed brutal for those sitting in the direct sun. The food was really good. I was expecting a bigger variety of fresh fish since they're a prime seafood spot right on the water, but what they did offer was solid and tasty. The shrimp dishes were especially delicious and hit the spot. My only reason for not providing a full 5 stars is the service. It wasn't rude or unfriendly at all, the staff were nice. But it was slow, like painfully slow at times. It took forever just for someone to come to the table and take our order, and then the food took a while to come out too. It wasn't extremely busy, so it felt like the servers and kitchen could have moved a little more efficiently. Prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality and the location, though be aware they do add a service charge to the bill. Overall, despite the minor service hiccups, I would definitely recommend Kyle G's Prime Seafood for a great meal with an amazing oceanfront vibe.

Our waitress was amazing attentive and friendly throughout the night. We were a group of five, and everyone ordered something different. We started with drinks, and they were all well-made and on point. For appetizers, I ordered the raw oysters, which were great for my taste, the relish and cocktail sauce had the perfect spicy kick. We also tried the buffalo chicken wings and calamari; they were good, but pretty standard compared to other places. For dinner, I ordered the 14 oz steak. I prefer mine rare, but it came out medium, so the waitress had to send it back. One of my friends ordered the watermelon salad it looked amazing, and she said it tasted just as good. The shrimp cocktail was also a highlight, with fresh, jumbo shrimp. The offered me 3 more oysters while I was waiting for the steak to be cooked right. Overall, the food was great, but be prepared to pay. In my opinion, the place is overpriced you're really paying for the view. One downside was the noise level. It was loud enough that we had to ask the waitress to repeat herself several times. While we enjoy good food, we also like being able to have a conversation during dinner. Because of that, we ended up finishing our meal and moving to the bar area, where we found seating on the back deck. The view there once again made the experience more enjoyable. I'd consider trying other places in the same category before coming back here.
