I tried to call the Manager back and they sent my call to voicemail. Very disappointed, poor management skills, never will go back tropical smoothie again. The girl at the counter greeted me and took my order: a 16oz Pistachio Extra Hot Oat Milk Latte with no foam/no room. It was ready quickly but as soon as I picked it up I knew it had foam by the weight of it. I had 2 sips, took off the lid and my cup was less than 3/4 full and there was still more foam on top. Hence the 4 stars. It was pretty good but barista's..."No foam/No room means fill it to the rim please and I do not want any foam. I decided not to say anything but if I go back I definitely will since it was $8.25 for a 16oz cup and was really more like p8oz...just sayin' ~ and that's all I have to say about that...
