Like the other Food Truck Invasions there was a nice selection of trucks plus a bar. The best deals of the night were from La Nostra Pizza, which had 2 slices and a coke for $6, and Bea's Heavenly Wings, which had a chicken on a stick for $4. The best food I had was the chicken on a stick, with a slightly spicy BBQ sauce, and the mojo chicken tacos from Curbside Gourmet. The event was a little crowded but that was probably because it was the first night. When we go to any Food Truck Invasion we always bring a couple of folding camp chairs and a bag with some waters and cokes, napkins, paper plates, and gum or mints. Having a place to sit and eat is always a plus. If you get the chance you should really give this or any of the food truck invasions a try.

We ended up getting a 3 meat combo. We got the ribs, brisket and sausage. Everything was delicious. Ribs were giant. Not the most tender, but i don't know if that was on purpose. She originally owned a bar in west Hempstead, Long Island for 10 years that her son now owns and runs. She was so friendly when we went up to her truck to order food! We ordered a Chicken crunch wrap (this ain't no Taco Bell baby!), a variety of empanadas, and mork, which is Mac n' cheese with shredded pork on top. The chicken crunch wrap was made with tender chunks of breast chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and sour cream. Soooo good! The empanadas had olives in them - oh my! Crispy, hot and divine! I was a little worried from the reviews, but it was not bad at all. The service was good and the food was good too. There are TVs all over and they had the games on. Large food portions and they have a huge restaurant with a lot of tables. They also have patio seating outside. The food was served hot and they had good sauces to accompany the food. If you want to light your butt on fire, ask for the trap sauce. It has quite a kick. All in all, good place to come have some beer, watch some football, and eat some food.
