It's quite a long wait for 1 shave ice but when you get your order, you can see why it takes that long since they put some detail in it. Food: I believe they change their menu, not sure how often. Both times I ordered from their specials menu and they were so delicious, the ice was soft, and their toppings complemented each other well. I discovered you can buy pints of Lappert's Hawaiian ice cream.  I bought 2 pints for $11 each. Kauai Pie consisted of rich creamy kona coffee ice cream with Hawaiian macadamia nuts, shredded and toasted coconut and dark chocolate fudge.  This ice cream was thick, rich and decadent. Vanilla bean was rich and creamy with a bold vanilla bean flavor.  One of my favorite vanilla ice creams.
