I had them install a KENWOOD excelon ddx9906xr and a maestro datalink in my 08 Grand Cherokee. The install price was very reasonable and they got the job done relatively quick. However, they left leftover parts and screws on the floor of my car and the absolute worst part was that they scratched my brand new head unit. Maybe they rushed the job, considering he called almost after they closed. Who knows? But it looks as if they dropped keys on it or a screwdriver slipped and chipped it. Thought it was dirt as the screen was dusty, but when it wouldn't come off with the microfiber towel I could tell it was scratched. Everything was brand new and still sealed in their boxes, so no, it could not have come from the factory like that. And if it did, I would hope you would have informed me considering the thing cost 750 dollars. It's a no from me dawg. read more

I have owned several cars and boats where I replaced the stereo and speakers but, I've never had a better experience than I did at Javis. My installation was not a simple task, as I brought in a 2001 BMW Z3 that needed some custom work to make the system sound great with the top up or down. Fair pricing, friendly staff, and top-notch work! I went in to have a malfunctioning stock radio in my Honda Odyssey removed and replaced with a Pioneer bluetooth unit, the labor cost for which was very favorable, but I ended up dropping some more dough for a small subwoofer/amp combo. The results were fantastic and well-worth it. After the install, they didn't just leave the stereo as it came, Javi used a CD I had on-hand, as well as some music he was familiar with, to go through and adjust all of the crossover settings in the stereo to make the system sound as balanced and transparent as possible. WOW - even the ancient stock speakers from Honda came alive like I never thought they could with the subwoofer taking away the lower frequencies. If you like music and can cut the starbucks for a month to get a small sub installed, it's hands-downworth it! Would recommend this shop to anyone! Thank you, Javi! read more
