When I went the first time I was excited, the price is pretty good as well, and so was the service. He wanted me to get the whole package but I had a budget and he respected that. I told him that I simply love BASS. So he gave me some really good speakers, tested it out and the sound was UNBELIEVABLE. When I came the second time 2 weeks later I told him lets add the sub woofer to make it better, he instantly knew what I meant. He gave me two options of what I was going to get. I was quoted a very competitive price and even though it was a little late in the day, told it could be done that same instance. I left that same day having met Javi; a really honest, knowledgable, genuine gearhead, who lives bmws. SOOOO happy with this place!!! Javi and Jose put in a sub and an amp for me in my Dodge Avenger (which is a real bitch to modify hahaha) and they were SO awesome! I bought a used Prius and the only feature it was missing was an upgraded sound system. So, I decided to purchase components and bring it to Javis. Javi and his team are great. I was resistant to installing a sub at first, but he did the install without it and let me see what I thought. I ended up coming back for the sub and it sounds great. Subs are a good idea even if you don't like earth shaking bass! I would talk to Javi before you order components as his advice is really valuable and he has good deals with his preferred vendors. I ended up swapping out the amp I bought because it was adding some noise into my tweeters. It would have been more convenient to do that if I had bought it from him initially. Oh - and I got tint done here. It looks good. read more

The best way to explain my experience is this; they thrive on challenges and stand by their product and service. You can easily see the difference between this good, private company and, let's say, Best Buy. My $1500 system, tint and alarm look, feel and sound like a $4000 stereo alone...but that price was WITH the tint...it's unreal. What put them over the top, however, was standing by their installation when a common malfunction occurred with My AC controls. GM made a terrible design and the things go south. Javier found the part and Jose installed it, all the while reassuring me that it will all work out. The business is managed professionally and with integrity. If you want the most bang for your buck, are serious about stereos and want peace of mind, this place is unbeatable. I met Javi last Saturday to have him listen to my newly installed Kenwood head unit for my2015 Jeep Wrangler. Al&Ed's Pasadena did the original install. He told me to to come in on Tuesday They immediately had me pull in and before I could leave they had everything apart and found that Al&Ed's wired it wrong - fried my board. They wired it correctly and I head an immediate improvement in the sound. It wasn't distorted and I could turn the volume more than half-way up. They also put the microphone for my bluetooth up in the right corner instead of where Al&Ed's did (near the dash) - now people can hear me. I decided since I was there to upgrade to Focal Speakers and Arc Audio amp and they got it all done 5 hours later. Everything was installed cleanly - you can't see anything. And now the sound is ridiculously good. They are top notch - Javi understands business and takes care of his customers. His crew is very professional and friendly. All in all a 5 star experience. I'll definitely recommend others to him and bring back any of my other cars for audio upgrades. read more

Upon walking into the store Javi started talking with me about what I needed and wanted. Here's the deal. Yelp reviews work when everyone's honest and upfront. Candidly, while I always check out reviews, I don't always write them. That's bad on me. So, this is me remedying that. Texted with Javi (the owner) via Yelp's "ask a question". He got back to me within 10 minutes. I bought the radio and all needed accessories via Amazon, thinking I'd save some $ (backup camera, Sirius tuner module, etc.) Told him exactly what I had and asked for a quote for install only. His quote wasn't the absolute lowest, but by no means was it the highest either. And you know with quotes, many vendors will do a bait and switch. His quote was completely fair. Only $25 more than lowest quote. Brought the vehicle over and he and his guys could not have been nicer and/or more professional. And as it turns out, I would have saved $ had I bought all the stuff from him, anyway! Regardless, was missing a couple of adapters for my iPhone to work properly with this particular unit (things that go BEHIND) the radio. Totally my bad not investigating thoroughly enough. Javi told me to bring it back whenever and he would have have his guys put in at no charge. True to his word, he did just that. And remember, we're talking about time/labor that are real costs. It's not like buying a radio for $400 that the dealer gets for $200. There's no markup on labor. So essentially, it cost him $ to do this courtesy. I spent time speaking with Javi and he's a native angeleno who is fair and honest. For whatever it's worth to anyone reading this, I can clearly state that with any car install needs, he will be the ONLY person I bring my cars to in the future. read more

I do not have the ability to drop my car off to have them work on it, so each time I took my car in, they did the work on the spot.
