About 2 months ago my 15+ yr old Jenn Air refrigerator was leaking and my freezer was freezing up with large slabs of ice in bottom, after looking into replacing it for $5k I decided to call Good Appliance to see if it was something he would tackle. Tyson sent out his assistance the next day, Alfredo was on exactly on time and professional, he went right to work and kept a clean work area while fixing the problem. Within 1 hour he fixed it, and for under $200! So 3 nights ago while cooking dinner I realized my oven wasn't heating up, the stove top and broiler worked fine so I called Tyson to schedule appointment, next day he arrived exactly on time, assessed the issue and ordered the part locally, he arrived bright and early next day with the element and replaced it and tidied up his work area and was finished in under 1 hour. Great job, extremely reasonable price for fantastic service! He's very knowledgeable and professional. Worth his weight in gold! Photos were taken, and someone was mistakenly sent out thinking that the water was coming from the outside wall into the inside. This was a wasted trip based upon misinformation / misunderstanding. The Owner should not have been charged for this service trip. No one ever returned to replace the caulking. I have intentionally Not answered b/c this was never addressed and I could not offer something positive to share. They are a husband and wife team and they get it done, and they get it done right. I highly recommend them! I am in the Green Cove Springs City , no problem getting them over here. These are not young bucks nor are we so we just have to separate the stackable, which is really the best thing we've ever done with our stackable's. The cat prefers the dryer lower he gets petted and I prefer the dryer lower because I can sit on a chair and pass from the washer into the dryer, turned out to just be a better experience than I ever thought.
