I have a bike rack on my car and last year I went thru this car wash many times with no problem. They said they just had to make an adjustment on the computer screen settings before I went thru which seemed to be no big deal. Today I pulled into the wash area and they soaped up the car before realizing I had a rack. They say they have new management and no longer allow cars with bike racks thru. I had to back out of the wash area. They were very apologetic, but for future reference, if you have a bike rack on your car you can no longer use this car wash. read more

I was excited for Jax to make some upgrades because their location in West Bloomfield is worth $24.99 a month for unlimited but they didn't. 1. Not only do they more than double the rates over night after taking over, they monopolize an entire area so you have no alternatives unless you want to search for and then drive far away. 2. They give you an email notice when you sign up, a front shield sticker, and then when you cancel - all good, right? No. See below. 3. Let's say you really need a car wash - maybe it's winter and you're in a hurry, etc. and decide to pay just for a singe wash. Now you're in trouble: 4. This unscrupulous company signs you back up on a ~$35/month basis, even though all you wanted was a single pay and paid with credit card. 5. Even though you (i) receive no email verification that you did so, and (ii) do not get a new sticker, you are now unwittingly and unwillingly a monthly customer. 6. When you finally realizes this (in my case, after three months), and complain about it to the car wash company, you get nowhere; the credit card company rules their way because you have no proof to provide. 7. So, all you have to go by is that (i) they never sent an email that they signed you up again or (ii) they never issued you a new sticker (I had peeled mine off after the promo when I first cancelled), the credit card company does not hear your side and just approves their monthly bills. 8. You cannot prove a negative - but in any court they would have to (i) explain why they never sent you a sign-up email, as when you first signed up many months ago, and (ii) why they never issued you a new sticker, and thus their only 'proof' is that they have a picture of your car registration plate. I signed up for the monthly plan (up to two washes a day for the month...a great value if I only get my car washed once a week) and then had my car detailed today for 15% off the regular price (bumper-to-bumper interior/exterior) since I am already a monthly wash customer. I have gotten my car detailed here before and always been okay with the results. Today ... not so much. Picked up my car after about an hour and a half and they did a horrible job vacuuming and cleaning the car. I have a small dog who barely sheds and they didn't get any of her hair picked up. I shouldn't have to come home and vacuum in between my seat and console or by the door of the back seat. There was gross residue left and dirt not wiped off. I immediately called my bank to do a charge back because I'm not paying to get my car cleaned and get results back like this. read more

The supervisor Meagan Sprayed straight soap on my car and wouldn't even help to clean it thru the automatic car wash. Said she's not allowed to open the doors just two minutes after I drove 45 minutes to reach this JAX car wash. I was baffled at how she treated a valued customer. Awful service. Stay away from these liers. I bought a groupon for a complete detail service and all they did was vacuum the inside of my car. Groupon said it'd take 30 minutes to detail my car. However, they were done in 5-10 minutes. I went inside my car and I was very disappointed to see that they did not remove any of the dirt specs in the car. They also did not vacuum it properly. Yes, go to this car wash! They are all business, but they care about doing a good job. Despite the nature of a drive through car wash being fast paced, whenever I've had concerns or an area of my car I thought might need more attention, they've been considerate of that. If you're reasonable, they're going to treat you reasonably. There's a guy that's usually there at night with blonde hair who really knows what he's doing and you notice he puts forth the extra effort. The people that towel off at the end do a great job as well, so I try to always tip. I've went in the morning too, and the morning crew does a great, thorough job also. Honestly, this car wash has quality people there who give their effort to do a solid job. I recommend this place! Very good value for the money. read more

(DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT) ....I gave these guys my credit card for a monthly account in fall of 2020 and all was well until spring of 2021 when I decided to have it shut off in spring of 2021. They seemed to have a problem getting the charges to stop. I asked for the charges to stop during the month of May and noticed that they continued into the month of June when i finally visited the warren store and ask how come I was still being charged. One of the guys assured me that because of a price hike that all credit card charges had been suspended. So we believed; until we had a good long look at our credit card statement on 1/18/2022. We found that the charges never stopped and we had been charged for the entire year of 2021 and had a pending charge for January of 2022. We asked for a refund or a future credit and were refunded for November and December of 2021 and told that June, July, August, September and October of 2021 would have to be a loss. This was nuts because during the month of December 2021 I was charged $6.00 cash for a car wash and already had been charged the monthly fee. We never visited the car wash during the summer months because we wash our cars at home. This really struck home because we were so excited about Super Car Wash that told all of our friends and neighbors to signup for monthly service. Long story short, now the credit card company is involved and all ties with supper car wash have been severed. (Don't give these people access to your credit card account). read more

Had two of them and they dropped the system then offered me half as many carwashes in exchange for half the service. Employees are idiots. Owner takes zero responsibility. Cars get backed up on exit at street and nobody pays attention to stop sending cars in or halt the conveyer. My car then rear ended the one in front of me and was rear ended from behind. Employees claim there was nothing they could do because they have no clue that maybe having someone at the exit on a busy day to halt the line possibly may have prevented this. This is easily the worst car wash in the area. I've been to a few, and only went here because I was driving by. I pulled into the wash first with no direction from the workers and had to completely readjust to fit what he wanted after I was already in. I put my window down to pay him and he immediately started spraying my car on the drivers side so I had to put my window back up in an effort not to be sprayed. I was never greeted nor spoken to until he stood outside my window spraying and I simply just gave him the money. At the end of my wash, the girl was abrupt with her drying and sent me off as soon as she could. My car was still soaked and it was obvious. The worst part is when I got home, my car was filthier than it was before. There were streaks of dirt all over from where she was drying, and my tires looked like they hadn't even been touched. When I called to complain, the man on the phone was so rude I didn't even want to bother coming back for the rewash he offered. I ended up cleaning the car myself after wasting money and time on them. Will definitely never go back, only wish I didn't waste any efforts to begin with. read more
