I too asked them to write something on the cake which they failed to do. Lastly, two of the fondant butterflies were broken when I picked up the cake. I used to have a cupcake business. I know things like this happen so I contacted them about my dissatisfaction. I asked them if I could perhaps get a percentage of my total off (partial refund) and they refused. They had a "comeback" for everything. They said that they could alter the orders based on what they deem fit. For the color scheme, she said she made the cake more like the movie Encanto (but that's not what I wanted)? Why veer from the photo? Why not ask me first? For the writing, she said she couldn't fit it on the cake. Why not tell me that beforehand? And lastly, for the butterflies she said she's not responsible as it was delivered to our hotel and who knows when butterflies broke. Now I want to note, my expectations would have been a lot different if they would have communicated these things to me from the beginning but they didn't. Read the fine print in their contract. They basically state they could do whatever they want to fit their needs - not yours (the customer). Sad. The potential was there, the customer service was not.

Firsr, you already touched my sister's hair and two you must know it is not okay to do so when you are asking!. I truly thought my sister knew her but she did not! I just said you already did touch it which at that time she is just walking towards behind the counter and honestly not sure where she went after that. I cannot believe in 2026 we are still acting like this is okay. Not sure whom this lady thinks she is or what kind of games she thinks she plays to thinks it is okay. When we arrived 5 minutes before the start of the event and they were in full set up mode, I started to get worried. The stage was being set up, porta-potties were being delivered, and tents were being blown away. The cost was $35 per person, however there was no value given out. The flier states hunting after dark and strategic skills. We hunted eggs throw casually in a field and it wasn't close to dark out yet. We also were told the hunt would begin at 7:30 and it was completely over at 7:28. Our group of 3 collected 60+ eggs, much more then many groups as we egg hunt at various events every year. In those eggs was candy being devoured by ants, and a couple condoms. I've been to free events with more value. There were a few eggs that had lotto tickets and prizes but I seen nothing that qualified the entry price. There was also very little food options for the 2-3 hundred people that were there. Two food stalls bared qualifies the "food trucks" advertised. Many groups were very upset and I hope this event business goes back to cakes (which look lovely) and stays out of the event business.
