They took my trade-in phone and held it for almost 2 weeks before sending it back to the ATT warehouse. The warehouse received it after the 30 day time limit. Because of this ATT refused to give me my trade-in credits. I tried to resolve this at the store but they gave me the run a round, telling me that I should have returned the phone to Samsung. This was a lie which was confirmed by ATT and Samsung. I even have one of the store employees on recording stating that he knew who made the mistake and that i had done everything correctly. I was told several times that the store manager Robert Evans would return my call. He never did and I assume he never will. This store is very unprofessional and I do not recommend going there. You will get screwd over.

It is old and shabby looking with a bunch of used toys but if you need phone repair I would definitely come here. It's no-frills, straight to the point and Steven knows what he is doing and very fast. Be prepared to pay cash though, as his machine was broken when we went.

Another store I went to prior stated that the issue was with battery swelling and liquid damage and they would have to order and ship something expensive, but Mr. Richard called about 1 hour later and stated that he was able to fix it by just fixing something within the keyboard! I declined for now since we both thought it wasn't necessary, but he said that if I decided that I wanted to within 6 months, he would be able to do it for me!
