We missed him like crazy and worried about how he was feeling. Dennis actually had us come in halfway through, showed us what Carson had been learning, and said something that I keep thinking about: Carson wasn't missing us. Not because he doesn't love us, but because dogs live in the now. He was busy, focused, doing his thing. We felt so much better after that. Carson came home happy and calm and confident. He understood the rules and felt good about it. And he wasn't (as our son put it) a "bot" now - he was the same sweet and goofy pup but now, he could follow instructions and maintain self control when we needed him to. The staff were also straight with us about the fact that he'd have setbacks. That's normal. They spent a lot of time explaining what you do when it happens. In fact, they spent almost an entire day with all the families at graduation - going over what the dogs learned, getting you hands on practicing how to do it, answering questions, and really teaching a ton of helpful information. We're about to set up our in-home training visit, which will be for all of us, including our three kids - really great to get everyone aligned with Carson's training. The Dog Knowledge is fantastic! We are members now and plan to board our dog with them whenever we go on vacation. I cannot imagine trusting any place like we trust them.

She was our 3rd trainer and honestly last resort before turning to medicating our reactive dog. She got back to basics, tailored her approach to his breed and genetic instincts and layered in play with a balanced training approach with positive reinforcement and correction techniques. This truly has been the only approach that has worked and our dog is thriving. Rachel is so knowledgeable and has made this the best experience for our family and our dog. We are so grateful!

They expect all dogs to perform their business on concrete, could be a mixed message that could backfire once your pet comes home from daycare or overnight stays. Another concern are past Yelp reviews on this business. They supposedly are under new management and it will be a conversation if the decision will be to pick this place for overnight stays.

Luckily an employee there told us. When we asked the manager, she stated she can't be everywhere and said it was poor communication from the employees. To add to this, we were given the wrong dog two times. First time we caught it before walking out the door...second time our friend was picking up the dog to bring back to the foster. Foster noticed the pup was the wrong dog. Wonder how the owner of that dog would feel knowing his dog was given to a stranger and not detected until we told Petsuites.

Blair is extremely knowledgeable. She is great with dogs, and with humans. She gives clear feedback to help improve body language, tone and communication. We have seen major confidence gains along the way and appreciate Blair's thoughtful, personal approach to working with her clients. The place is very clean and I liked the furniture and comfort this provided as I waited for my turn. Coffee, clean restrooms for customers, and available Wifi were definitely major pluses compared to other overnight/grooming facilities I have used in the past. I took the tour and liked the size and cleanliness of the overnight kennels and the hours allowed for playtime with other dogs. Both dogs will be tested for compatibility, a rule they have before daycare or overnight stays are allowed. Prices are very reasonable, and I do appreciate the cameras available to watch your pets when they are at play. The baths were done well and both wolves were happy with the outcomes.

We found ourselves in quite the predicament, as he was too young to board at a kennel. We reached out to Doris and she made a special exception to accept him into her board and train program when he was only 10 weeks old... When she dropped him off after the program was complete, we had an 11.5 week old puppy housebroken and sleeping through the night with no crate accidents. What surprised me the most is that he patiently waits for you to open his crate and invite him out, he waits for you to invite him to go through the front the door and also waits in his "place" while you get his food ready. In addition to being such a patient sweet boy, he also knows how to sit, lay down, roll over, shake, spin right, spin left, leave-it, play hide and seek, and stay!! She also introduced him to swimming in her swimming pool and socialized him with multiple safe dogs and people. She was very responsive, professional and kept us posted daily on his progress and adventures. We felt at ease knowing he was in such a loving home. This is truly her passion and it shows through the wonderful work she did with sweet Chewy. We LOVE Doris and can't recommend her enough!
