First off I never like to leave a bad review, I work where we get reviews so I know the struggle, but I also know great, personable customer service. I came here a couple years ago and had horrible service, and the vape prices were outrageous. Recently I needed a vape and didn't want to drive to the place I usually go. So after seeing the recent reviews I thought I'd give it another shot. HUGE mistake. Same lady helped me, So grumpy and rude, I had a couple questions and she smirked and acted like I was stupid for my questions. This was already a red flag and I should have just left at that point, but I went ahead to purchase to help a small business. But the prices were even more than before...I couldn't believe it, never have a I gotten vapes that cost that much for the same exact product. Walked in and the person that seems to be working a lady on July 30 at 5:15 somehow doesn't know how to communicate with customers clearly walked in greeted her and was just stared at with a blank face like I was stupid never ever step foot in this facility to purchase a damn thing, what I would do is go in there and talk to a manager or supervisor or owner and let them know that their employee is not capable of communicating with people and you will lose client that way you have no idea how much a simple hello, you basically lost out on money and money coming your way because of an incompetent employee also called back a few minutes later to see if I can speak with someone to find out why they would treat their customers like crap. It's like it's taking hits without me hitting it essentially wasting the juice inside the vape so I asked for an exchange and they exchanged it. Then it happened again! The one I just exchanged started doing the same damn thing. This place sells faulty/vapes that are no good for damn near $30! I won't be purchasing from here again and I strongly recommend you guys don't either. There are plenty of other shops around the city that are more legit than this place. I saw another review where the guy says the cashier is DISRESPECTFUL TO WOMEN... well I am witness and experienced this 1st hand. As soon as I walked in I felt pressured to buy my stuff and go, possibly because of the laser stare the shop keeper kept on me. Felt pretty uncomfortable the entire time I was there. I hate making rushed decisions but i was already there and needed the piece.. I ended up adding some cigarettes (I didn't want) to my tab in hopes the cashier guy would relax his stare from me. Like maybe if he saw I was buying something he would let me make my choice in peace? Definitely didn't work. So I pick something and walk up to the register and he tells me the total. The total shocked me so I asked him to please break it down for me. That was my 1st mistake I think because he aggressively answered "there's tax!" I stood my ground and waited for him to tell me the price for each item. When he told me the cigarettes where $11 I politely asked him to return them. Seeing as I didn't want them to begin with I couldn't come to terms with paying $11 + tax for them. Wow! I should have kept my request to myself. The disrespectful ass answer this cashier gave me had me staring at him asking if he was being serious? He said "yes I already put the cigarettes in the register followed by something about how I shouldn't have added them if I didn't want them.... I couldn't believe how disrespectfully this guy was talking to me. The only response I had was "are u being serious right now?" He says "u don't even know all the stress I have to go through" as if this should excuse the way he was talking to me. I then said "u don't know how to process a return?" He then took 11 out of the register and shoved the money at me. I almost didn't want to take it. He also murmured something along the lines of "don't come back" as I was walking away. Listen cashier guy if getting high prevents you from being able to perform the most basic functions of your job then maybe u shouldn't smoke while working. Just a thought. And if u or some family member actually own the shop then even more of a reason to take pride in what u represent for ur shop. I am 100% 420 friendly. This guy was just rude as hell. EDIT so karma must really have it out for this guy because I just got home and pulled out my money. I started to organize count it turns out he gave me $20 in extra change. This was a great smoke shop. It was pretty busy when we got there but was still greeted upon arrival. There were tons of vape liquids, glass pieces, incense. Staff checked up on us and yet gave us enough space to take a look around. Jordan attended us and was very kind and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience. Yesterday my brother went to buy 2 vape pens. He bought wrong ones. There was no receipt. Today I try to return both. They were for wax and I needed one just for cartridges. So one was opened. Everything was in mint condition. Packed well. So he tells me I can only return the closed one. Now, if they don't give receipts, that's a way to screw one, we should have demanded one because if I open a package, and it's defective, what happens their? I'm not going to have wax to try it there. So, been in retail for decades. They can return it, and get vendors credit and win win. But instead, (at least) they returned one. I was in good mood, didn't want to get into it, so I just took it and left. Everyone DEMAND A RECEIPT or you're put self in situation to lose money. As a business, receipts are practical and a basic part of a transaction. My bro who didn't know much about vapes made a mistake buying wrong ones. I do give them credit for at least returning the one. I was being honest, I could have lied (defective) but sometimes one has to lie because they're business men and looking out for#1.
