I called to find out what kind of detox's they carry and the man on the phone went on about all the brands and I kept asking him which one was the strongest because I need to clean my system out by Friday (today is Wednesday) and he just keep going about the brand he had and straight up ignoring me I asked him again after he was done with all the brands "which on is the strongest" and he was like "thank you" and hung up. So I heard today of the unfortunate & tragic death next door @the tattoo shop. This was a shock to me because i live around the corner & didn't even know till later. I've been going to Kokopelli's since they opened here in South Gate & Tweedy Mile Fair. I can't express enough how relieved I am that no one else was hurt. I am however saddened that 1 life taken is still 1 too much. My Deepest Sympathy goes out to the Victim's Family & Friends. I hope this will Not affect the business in any way, shape, or form & that it will continue to keep their doors open. This is a Special tight knit Family & are Always Kind & Friendly to their customers.....I should know! This is the kinda place that if you're walking by you want to stop to say, "Hello & the how are You's." They have adorned my house with Amazing stuff, Arts, Bathroom Decor, For Living room you name it. I had to have it because you didn't see it anywhere else. Plus they Special ordered a couple of items I asked & sure enough they came through. I don't go as much cause I'm unemployed, but when I was working I was all over the this window, that shelf....well you get my point "I was that kid you see when they're told you get Anything"..LOL Oh Wait, Wait, Wait! If you want to get ripped off, this is where you go. These people will purposely not provide you with the proper amount of change just to keep a little for themselves. Will do nothing to solve the issue if it's brought up and manager/main guy will do nothing either. Bought something worth $15 was later told it's actually $17, gave them a $20 bill and they just gave back whatever coins they had in the register, wasn't even the proper amount of change.. They were even giving my bf the stink eye as if he was in the wrong. They don't even provide a receipt. Terrible. Don't come here! read more

Found this place on yelp came to check out and buy some stuff they had everything from Backwood to shine papers to vapes good e juice flavors and a big selection to choose from glad I checked it out they also have hookahs and and the biggest raw selection I've ever seen in a smoke shop I mean big lol I would definitely recommend this place to anyone . Ooo and they have a tattoo shop next door with some amazing artist I took the time to walk in And look at some portfolios but I didn't have enough time to get anything done :/ lol but I'll definitely be coming back to both shops :) read more
