While purchases a puff flow, the employee asked us to try to flow (as many shops do) to make sure it works. A lot of times juice in vapes can be old so it creates a burnt taste in that case a replacement is given. Today the employee denied that the juice was burn without trying it. Then assumed that I just wanted a new flavor and hassled me. Overall I will NOT be back.
