Dec. 7, 2024 well before 2 p.m. indicate that neither AIP office is open on Saturdays. AIP - please update your hours both on your website and on Yelp to reflect your actual current open hours. It is frustrating for potential customers to find inaccurate information on these sites when it is so easy to keep your open hours up to date in both places.

He found a reliable repair shop and resolved my issues within minutes. He even switched my recommendation to a different repair shop, saving me money in the process. The first shop recommended by the Regional Office wanted to charge me over $500 to repair a simple plastic running board. We have hail damage to our roof and during the weather storms everyone around us in my neighborhood got a new roof excepted for us. We got canceled! So I had to look everywhere for home insurance before they canceled us and State Farm black ball us so it was really hard finding somebody to cover my home. Never in a million years did I think I was going to have to do this! So frustrating! I finally found a company to work with us, and was able to get m house insured and I could wait to move my auto out of State Farm too. I would never recommend State Farm to anyone they are so quick to take your money every month but god forbid you ever have to file a claim. Unhappy ex customer!

My agent prior to Paul was his father, Reggie. I will say my experience with Reggie was stellar so when he retired there was no question in my mind but to stay within the family business and continue on with Paul and his staff. I did not have much interaction with Paul and his staff since we switched over, but we did have to reach out when my daughters moved out, bought a house, and needed a homeowners policy of their own. At that time the staff asked if we would like to move my daughters vehicles over to their new homeowners policy. We said we would take a look at a quote. We did not get a quote, they were switched with no communication as to what the change was going to look like. Needless to say one of the vehicles premium doubled. We tried tirelessly to get in touch with Paul and staff to understand this change and to our disappointment the finger was pointed at us saying that calls/emails to us were not returned. We did not receive any calls or emails and when asked to provide us with those nothing was ever provided. We made several attempts to resolve the issue but there was no follow up on the part of Paul and his staff. I have spent several hours switching my policies over to a new agent, not to mention the time I spent with Paul and staff to resolve this issue. The customer experience was very disappointing given my loyalty to his agency. Just be warned you are just a number to Paul he does not treat you like a valued client.

Once they received my paperwork (DC & court papers) that I gave in person to this location, Loretta told me over the phone that they would send me an estate application, that I would need an EIN, and it would take 7-10 business days after processing the application to open and fund the account. She also said they need my signature on file which they have through the application. I waited for them to send the application, and I waited, and waited. I called and left a few voicemails with Loretta over the course of a few weeks, and didn't get a call back. I finally requested to speak to another staff member, and immediately she discovered that the application was sent to the incorrect email address. She got the correct address and sent the application immediately. I filled that out and waited for them to tell me it was funded. I waited 7 days, and then I called them. It was funded earlier in the week. I had a few checks to deposit to this account, so I took them into this location. The teller was friendly, and he told me it wasn't necessary to sign these checks. Later, I paid them another visit. I had title paperwork that needed several pages to be notarized. I checked in with the person up front, and they led me straight into the room to take care of our business. I've had very good experiences in person at this location, but the handling of the business via the phone wasn't nearly as much fun.

We deposited this check into our NFCU checking account and was told 1 business day for the funds to be released. I recieved a notice today that they are placing the funds on a 5 hold due to "potential concern the check might not be paid" SERIOUSLY? It is federally funded backed by the US Treasury Dept. Even with a reward letter! They refuse to do the Treasury Fund verification on it. Unbelievable, and your suppose to be the bank for the OUR armed forces and veterans. Your a disgrace! Definitely finding a new CU.
