Unfriendly, bad, uncompassionate bedside manner. Will not be back.

I've had two dental surgery/implants with Dr. Radakovich…read moreand his expert team of kind assistants. Couldn't be happier. I was in and out of his office in 45 minutes! Talk about time efficiency! Very little discomfort during procedure, pain or bleeding afterwards. Needed minimal pain meds. I can't recommend his services or his support team enough.

Dr. Radakovich has been around a long time! Long enough that he removed my wisdom teeth in 2009,…read moremy Mom's teeth in 2010 and now my teenage daughter's wisdom teeth in 2021! All that to say, he knows what he's doing; we have no complaints on the work itself. During the consult, the technicians weren't terribly sociable, they took the x-rays, delivered the information but definitely seemed rushed. When Dr. Rad came in he too seemed a little rushed, flustered....this made my daughter anxious as he repeated questions a couple times. I think some of this is made more difficult by all of us speaking through masks. Day of the surgery however, we were greeted by Surgical Asst. Kriss; who was great with my daughter. My daughter said she gave her a blanket and a pillow, talked with her, made her feel very comfortable when she was really scared pre-op. My daughter only remembers Kriss from the whole procedure and frankly she's a big reason for the 4 stars; in my daughters words, "she's the best!" She thoroughly and patiently went over all post-op instructions and was just overall very pleasant and caring. I called 5 days post op and spoke with Kriss, she was just as informative and helpful again. The woman at the front desk is very friendly as well. But I do think they could work on it feeling a little more warm and inviting during the consult; less salesy and rushed.

The office and medical staff were professional and welcoming, and Dr. Jelmini was excellent--I would definitely recommend him. He explained everything clearly and made the procedure quick and smooth. I was seen for an assessment on Monday and they were able to schedule the surgery first thing the next morning, which was extraordinary. Recovery has been smooth so far, and I'm really glad I took care of it when I did. Thank you to the Three Rivers team!

it's been six months since i had my wisdom teeth removed here by dr. jelmini, and I can confidently…read moresay that my experience was wonderful. the healing was smooth with no complications, and I was back to eating pre-surgery within weeks. if you're reading this, you may also be like me and have the largest amount of anxiety thinking about needing surgery. honestly, my dentist when I was in my teens casually mentioned you probably want to get your wisdom teeth removed at some point, but one came in fully and they never were a bother so it was one of those things you can file away and forget about. until you can't. in my late 20s now, I suddenly had gum pain near one of my wisdom teeth. dentist took one look and explained the tooth was rubbing against the gum trying to grow in and will keep this irritation cycle going -- the solution long term is removal. yikes! I spent a lot of time scouring the inter webs trying to find a trustable oral surgeon and my search led me to Three Rivers. I had originally planned on getting a second opinion, but honestly, there was no need. the first appointment was a consult. I had a pano X-ray taken and then dr. jelmini went over the X-ray, agreeing that I should remove them. he patiently answered my antsy questions, reassuring me with honesty about what to expect. we talked about anesthesia options, and me being the antsy person I am, decided upon IV sedation. I was curious about PRF because I'm quite the science nerd and had been reading about this optional add-on, and dr. jelmini was more than happy to honor my request. a few days before the big day, prescriptions for helping with pain and nausea were sent over to the pharmacy. the big day came and I was SO nervous! the thought of going under! the whole process was so smooth. I checked in, took care of payment and then waited a couple minutes before being called back. Lindsay was so patient noticing my stress. honestly, everyone here was so calm and professional and it really helped calm my nerves. before I knew it, the IV was in, dr. jelmini asked how I was doing, and--- I was out! seriously, when you hear people say propofol is like a nap, they aren't kidding. I honestly have no recollection of the moment I was given propofol and it felt like a minute later and I was waking up. very groggy. the whole procedure must have been what 45 minutes tops? plan on getting lots of rest. I was so pleasantly surprised to see dr. jelmini call later in the day to make sure I was doing okay. make sure you follow the post-op advice for a smooth recovery! every day got better exponentially, and within a few days I was feeling more like myself. it just takes a bit of time to get used to the modified diet for a few weeks. I'm so glad I'm on the other side of wisdom teeth surgery, but if I could, I'd tell my younger self that it'll be okay and you're in good hands with the professional and kind staff at Three Rivers. Dr. Jelmini had excellent bedside manners, understands the anxiousness and knows what he's doing. I really appreciate how all the doctors here are up to date on the latest science, presenting regularly at conferences. Thank you, Three Rivers! I sincerely hope I never need oral surgery ever again, but thank you for advancing the field with kindness!

I went to have work done at usual in-network dental office; due to not having any open appointments in a timely manner, they referred me to the endodontist in this same building, under the guise that all would be paid for by my insurance. When I arrive, they tell me they will need an x-ray to fully understand the problem with my tooth. So, of course I agree, as x-rays do not usually entail out of pocket costs. They send me down to this office to have the x-ray because they state they don't have one in that office. They failed to tell me that I would going to a completely different business to have this done. They also failed to convey that I would have to pay costs not covered by my insurance. It seems they have an agreement with each other to shadily drum up business. ***UPDATE*** I called today to get an itemized bill, per Kaiser's request. I was then informed, only after asking for proof of this bill, that the charge had been written off and I no longer owe anything. I also asked for proof of the zero balance and they refused to provide anything in writing. BE VERY CAREFUL AT THIS OFFICE. THEY WILL DEFINITELY LIE TO YOU AND CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY.
