This office is in running a shady business with another endodontic office in the same building to deceive you into believing there will no out of pocket costs when that's not actually the case. I went to have work done at usual in-network dental office; due to not having any open appointments in a timely manner, they referred me to the endodontist in this same building, under the guise that all would be paid for by my insurance. When I arrive, they tell me they will need an x-ray to fully understand the problem with my tooth. So, of course I agree, as x-rays do not usually entail out of pocket costs. They send me down to this office to have the x-ray because they state they don't have one in that office. They failed to tell me that I would going to a completely different business to have this done. They also failed to convey that I would have to pay costs not covered by my insurance. It seems they have an agreement with each other to shadily drum up business. ***UPDATE*** I called today to get an itemized bill, per Kaiser's request. I was then informed, only after asking for proof of this bill, that the charge had been written off and I no longer owe anything. I also asked for proof of the zero balance and they refused to provide anything in writing. BE VERY CAREFUL AT THIS OFFICE. THEY WILL DEFINITELY LIE TO YOU AND CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. read more

Wow. Where to start? Our original (awesome)ortho surgeon was booked out, so we had to find another one. We ended up here. First, the receptionist was chilly and seemed suspicious. The dental assistant seemed nervous and off-putting. She kept trying to talk to us about what the doctor would say instead of just waiting for the doctor to come in and have a conversation about the treatment plan. My daughter needed to get a very loose tooth pulled and an implant. She was told by our dentist that if her bone was in good enough shape, she could have a temporary cap put on instead of having to use a "flipper." (She did not want a flipper--she's a teenager and heading off to college--this was a big deal for her, and a little empathy would have gone a long way.) But the dentist, who said her bone looked healthy, flat out refused, saying he only did flippers. This is fine, but my daughter, who was near tears, said she'd like to get a second opinion. He agreed, but seemed freaked out by her being upset.Then he suddenly asked to look at her tooth. My daughter told him to look but not to touch the tooth because it was already very loose. He threw up his hands and said, "That's fine." He left the room abruptly. The whole interaction between us felt unnecessarily hostile. The story continues... At home, I called my (awesome) dentist, and he came up with another solution. He asked us to call Bozich again and just have him save the tooth and put in the implant. The receptionist put us on hold for a long time and then came back and said Bozich flat out refused to do the work. Pretty shocking, but honestly, both of us got a bad vibe from this place from the start. read more

I finally had to 'bite the bullet' and begin the process of getting my 3 wisdom teeth extracted. I contacted my dental health insurance (Moda/Delta Dental) in May and was recommended to Drs. Bozich and Lesebergs' office. They were preferred and participating, meaning they accepted the best and contracted rates for my insurance. After reading some reviews, checking out their website, and noting their location close to downtown, but not in it, I called to schedule my initial visit for examination. They are fairly busy so my visit wasn't until 2 weeks out which gave them and my usual dentist plenty of time to coordinate paperwork and referral info. Their office staff was very friendly over the phone and when I arrived at their office. Directions and getting parking can be a bit tricky, but I was given excellent instructions. Dr. Bozich and med staff went over health history and my concerns for the extraction thoroughly and assured me that my case wasn't going to be difficult. I opted for general anesthesia and was given some basic pre-surgery info to take home. I was later mailed a reminder letter which also contained the quote from my health insurance so I knew how much my procedure was going to cost. I was scheduled in July on a Friday and the surgery went by so quickly. I went under and came out of anesthesia in 45 minutes and was able to go home 30 minutes after that. We were given antibiotics, pain meds and plenty of gauze to take home. There were also small ice packs included and I started one as soon as I was in the car (I placed it between my face and the shoulder seat belt strap so I could sleep more). Dr. Bozich gave me a follow up call later that day, however, it was to my work phone rather than my home/cell so I didn't get it until the following week. I'm fully recovered now from the surgery, but my sockets are still closing up. I imagine each person's healing time will be different. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Bozich and his whole office for wisdom teeth extraction and other types of oral surgeries. They were wonderful! The only thing I would like to see changed is if patients could receive a syringe with like an 1/8" opening. This would be for use a week or two post-surgery to help clean food out of their sockets (after risk of dry socket has passed) or general rinsing when jaw muscles are stiff and sore. This would be a serious bonus! I was able to graduate from liquids to soft foods 2 weeks after, but I had a heck of a time getting the smallest bits out on swishing warm salt water alone. I also had food stuck between my cheeks and the gumline due to the swelling (which takes time to go away). I was finally able to locate a syringe to gently jet salt water into the sockets and vacate those tiny bits. Being able to clean out the sockets properly improved my healing time and saved my sanity from constantly feeling food in my cheeks/sockets! read more

I have clinical and severe anxiety, which the office was aware of therefore they gave me a sedative. the sedative didnt work whatsoever and ii had an anxiety attack while about to get my IV. The staff was so rude and made me feel even more uncomfortable then i already did. when I called to attempt to reschedual, I was asked if i was "going to go because *you* wasted an hour and a half of Dr. Bozichs time. I felt judged and very unaccommodated considering i'm the one willing to get an oral surgery in an office building next to the lloyd center. i tried to reschedule and was met with judgment whwn i asked for a different sedative so i hung up. i called back to try and get in touch with someone a little more humane but no luck. she then told me i couldn't get the surgery there because it "wasn't a good fit". read more

Awesome! I feel so much better. They are professional and quick...well at least I don't remember much. I had complications, a dry socket, which was very painful. I got the weekend on call Doctor right away. He filled my Rx quickly and first thing on Monday I got a check up call from the office. I was still sick from the dry socket so they had me come in right away. They packed my jaw and I felt better within the hour. I had a few more check up calls and when the packing came out I went in for one last appointment. I was not charged for any of the post opp appointments either! I will go back if I need oral surgery in the future. read more

One of the great staff people at Endodontist Associates walked me down the hallway and introduced me since I opted for an extraction v. a root canal. Day of appointment, Dr. Bozich didn't shake my hand when he introduced himself, but he was professional and kind and talked me through everything he was doing. Glad they had the option of nitrous oxide which helped calm me. Best in my opinion is they offer the option of obtaining a pain prescription right there for only $10.00. (And, my bill was under the estimate. ) My only complaint: the packaging that the pills comes in is very difficult to open! (Not a typical pill bottle.) read more

I cannot recommend Dr. Bozich highly enough for his excellence. I continue to choose him when I have needed a specialist for my dental needs. Over the years, he has extracted impacted teeth for me and also done implants on three separate occasions. Dr. Bozich has done each of these procedures with impeccable skill and kindness. His staff is especially caring and capable too. I have left each time with minimal pain and Dr Bozich has personally called after each implant procedure. Dr. Leseberg performed my wisdom tooth extraction and it was a very good experience, including the consultation. Dr. Leseberg is incredibly nice and easy to speak with. The staff is friendly and will answer all of your questions. The office provides a variety of anesthesia options and the doctor will help you choose the appropriate one. The team I worked with was efficient - it was a swift procedure performed competently and thoroughly. You are sent home with a care packet which will include post-surgical instructions (also, their website will have after-care instructions for all of the services they provide in case you loose your information). The evening of my surgery, I did receive a check-in call; however I was sleeping peacefully so I wasn't able to answer. Oral surgery can be intimidating, the staff with Drs. Recommend looking around and saving yourself the pain and suffering. This office operates like a machine. Chilly demeanor pervades. They run patients through the mill with scant attention to comfort, clarity of information or consideration for patient well-being. Examples... my son had hardly awoken from a knock-out sedative when the associates bombarded him with details of how to take care of himself and invited him to vacate his chair. He could hardly stand. Two days hence, we learned he was dismissed without the cleaning supplies they indicated with annoyance that he should have been using. During a second follow up (due to 2nd infection), they gruffly performed some repair work without nearly enough pain abatement onboard. Sent him away stunned and teary with pain. Reviews like this can be hard on a business and I definitely thought twice about sharing our experience...but Bozich's office earned this one. read more

I am a teenager and I just got my four wisdom teeth extracted at this office by Dr. Bozich TODAY! I can't even start to say how well they treated me and assured me that I would be okay even from the beginning. Before I went in, they sent me an insurance form to fill out and also a form for medical history and that's all I had to fill out :) and this morning, when I got to his office, the staff was really nice and made sure I was comfortable. They even made jokes to make me laugh and so did Dr. Bozich. For my surgery, I was put under; personally I'm not afraid of needles, but Dr. Bozich made the insertion of the IV really quick and they put something over my nose to relax me. The next thing I know, I'm laying comfortably in a bed alone with my dad in the recovery room with a blanket and everything. My dad told me that the nurse was in very frequently to check up on me and was really nice (but I don't remember because I was still out of it haha) but when I came to, the nurse told me how to take care of everything and made sure I was feeling fine. A few hours later, after I took a nap when I got back home, I felt REALLY good to my surprise! I barely had any pain, which was controlled by the pain meds I was prescribed. After taking my antibiotic and pain medication, I was ABLE TO EAT! I was so happy and surprised. I ate a bowl of mashed potatoes and apple sauce and pudding and pureed soup for dinner. All the time I had barely any pain, all I felt was a bit weak and tired. A few years back, I had to get one of my molars extracted for my braces at a different place and that was a really bad experience, that's why I was so surprised and happy when this time, I felt really good after surgery. Now, 12 hours after my surgery I feel great! A little sore still but really good even still :) For ANYONE looking to get their wisdom teeth removed at least, I highly recommend this office because they were fast, nice, and really easy the deal with for insurance (according to my dad), not to mention their level of professionalism! I have been an intermittent patient of Dr. Bozich for several years, having had dental implants installed on two separate occasions. He also removed two teeth that had prior root canals when they fractured. Dr. Bozich performed all of the work very skillfully, and it has had little impact on my life and activities, even on the day or two following each procedure. I needed almost no post-procedure pain medication, experienced virtually no swelling, and have recovered very quickly each time. I have always received a much appreciated follow-up phone call from Dr. Bozich himself to check on my condition. During my fairly long life I have needed a lot of dental work done (got bad tooth genes, alas). That has given me a fair number of dental practitioners to compare among and I cannot recommend Dr. Bozich and his excellent, capable, genuinely caring, and humorous staff highly enough. No one looks forward to having oral surgery, but if it becomes necessary, know you will be in good hands in this office. read more
