My medication nurse shared her nephropathy experience with me resulting in a new medication for my case, At night our RN supervisor Destiny covered us like a warm blanket. Stephanie was a headphone hero! Marta often does double shifts. Christina made sure I worked hard in my rehab sessions. The social workers are really good. Shen brought my iPhone back to life after a hard fall. My caseworker and I shared the same surgeon creating a bond that will last for the rest of my life. CC was my first CNA and made a wonderful opening impression of the facility. When it came time to leave Lindsay Rodriguez packed me up. Everyone at North Hills loves their job. My mom came for earwax removal. The person on staff did a horrible job and hurt my mother's ear…read more The person said that they had cleaned all the wax. The office staff then came and said they would refund our money. A few minutes later they sent over a PA to talk to us. The PA on staff Josh/Hamid was called over to speak to my mother and he looked and saw that my mom's ear was completely clogged up. He said that their person was incorrect in saying my mom's ear was cleared. Josh/Hamid was completely professional and excellent at his job - very knowledgeable. We thought he was just trying to diffuse the situation. We were told we could leave and that we would be refunded. My mom had to go to an ENT the next day (which cost $450) and have the earwax properly removed and also the ENT said whoever had tried the day before had done a horrible job. Aside from removing earwax, he had to remove a bunch of fluid from the mistake that the person at this clinic did. I check my credit card statement and they charged, refunded, and re-charged their fee. I called them and they said that they charged me because they offered a service. I told them that they did not do the job and did not remove the earwax and that their PA even validated that. And then they tried to say that they were billing for the time that the PA consulted, which he didn't do anything other than just to try to calm us down - there was no exam performed or nothing. I asked to speak to someone to dispute and they said that their CFO might call me back. Stay as far away from this place as possible. They don't know what they are doing and are completely disorganized. The only person who really knew what was going on and was professional there was the PA Josh. I usually don't write negative reviews but these people are incompetent, their billing practices are sketchy, and their billing staff were extremely rude in their followup.
