At times I was distracted by all that Javi was saying to his client. I walked away with not only a new tattoo but feeling better about life and me. I will have to return in the future for another tattoo but maybe they will let me pop in just to listen to the staff taking care of their clients. TL;DR - The people are super nice, but buyer beware. I've had both piercings and ink done incorrectly by multiple artists, and experienced multiple situations of unprofessional behavior. Good prices, but if you go here, pay attention to EVERY detail of whatever you're getting done, otherwise you may end up getting what you pay for in the worst way. My first experience here was on a Friday the 13th deal day, where I got multiple piercings in one sitting. I had to go back in not long after to get my nipple jewelry swapped out, because I was experiencing pain and discomfort due to the bars used being MUCH too short. I was told that it could take up to 6 months to fully heal (this was my first non-ear body piercing, so a whole new world for me.) So, I waited patiently for almost 2 full months after that, not seeing any change. I finally broke down and made the long trek to see a professional piercer friend of mine, who had to completely re-pierce my nipples because the initial piercing was placed completely incorrectly. He pierced my areola, not my nipple...strike 1. My navel also had to eventually be redone and fit with proper jewelry, because the piece put in initially was MUCH too short to provide any room for healing. Strike 2. (Side note: Once properly done, all 3 of these piercings healed up right away, which is how I know it wasn't just my body rejecting or reacting weird. On the flip side the small tattoo and other 3 piercings I got here around the same time had no issue.) Went back a couple more times on deal days to get some small pieces from their style sheets, both times were good experiences, but kinda hard to mess up pre-designs...(also, hella long waits, which can be expected of course, but this place is really cool to honor their discount pricing throughout the weekend as long as you sign up night of, so +1 for service there) Since I was on a positive streak and felt like I really clicked with the last artist I had (and liked his work after looking up his page online,) I reached out to him to ask about getting a custom spine piece done. Put down a deposit and set a date. I sent some examples of what I was looking for the same day I put down my deposit, and asked some questions not long after about his process...to which I received no response. I've been getting inked since I was 19, and this is the FIRST time I've ever not been given some sort of mock up or initial design before going into the actual appointment. Seemed weird, but I figured hey, new artist I'm working with, new process, I'll roll with it. Show up on appointment day (two weeks ago) and I spent the first hour and a half sitting in the front waiting for him to start my design from scratch. He also seemed to not really remember what I was getting, which hey, I get it, they see a lot of people...but still, left me with a very uneasy gut feeling right from the get go...that should have been my sign to turn and leave. But these guys gotta pay their bills too, so I didn't want to flake out, plus I had been really looking forward to getting this piece done. Also, side note, when I walked in, I don't think I saw one single employee wearing a mask, which seemed incredibly odd to me considering the current state of things, especially for a business dealing with a lot of up close and personal encounters... Finally get into the room, and when it comes time to get me prepped and ready (which requires being completely topless to expose my whole back) I wasn't offered any sort of covering for the front of me. The door wasn't even closed fully for privacy. Now, I'll be the first to say I'm not at all shy or modest, so it wasn't all that big a deal for me, but for someone who may be much more sensitive about privacy and coverage, it just seemed like a major miss and a big sign of lack of care and attention to detail in an environment that some people are already nervous and jittery in to begin with.

To begin, she was more than an hour late to the time we had scheduled. Later on during the tattoo it came out that she was out partying late night. The tattoo was so rushed that she wasn't even going to let me see the tattoo after she was done. She immediately tried to wrap up my tattoo due to flying back out to Arizona that same night and not wanting to miss her flight. On August 2, 2023 I reached back out and told her I felt the tattoo needed some touch ups on detailing and shading which she said she would be back out in October and fix it for me. Some wings on the angels have no feather detail while others do. The shading is also very uneven. One of the angels eyes look cross eyed and the fingers on another are so uneven and look like Mikey mouse fingers. I gave her a good tip the initial session and even advised her that I would be giving her another tip for having her fix my tattoo and compensate her time. On October 8th I reached back out asking her a timeframe as to when she would be back out in Vegas to only find out she cancelled her trip. It got to the point where I started looking into flying out to Arizona to get my tattoo fixed due to me not being happy with it. We were planning on me flying out November but because my work schedule got busy we never set a date. On December 5th I reached back out and told her I would like to set something up forsure for January to get it fixed which she then proceeds to tell me she would be back out in Vegas for Christmas and staying a few extra days in which she would fix my tattoo. On December 21 I reached out inquiring about what day she would be able to fix my tattoo which December 26th was agreed upon. On the day of the 26th she messages me and tells me she canceled the the trip due to personal problems and she would be flying in next week. On December 28 I tried reaching out to get an idea of when she would get me in. No reply and didn't bother opening my message while still active on her page. On January 20, 2024 I reached out again while still being patient and understanding and still no reply, no open message while still posting and being active on her IG page and posting she has available dates to tattoo on her broadcast channel but avoiding my messages. I have even texted her with no response. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Sad this is coming from an artist that works out of a reputable shop. I am now in the process of talking with numerous other tattoo artists out of Las Vegas to fix my tattoo that she did not complete and having to pay another $800. Pictures of reference.

Another staff member texted her and we were told she was not planning on coming in at all. while there Jesse said he would do the tattoo at 9:30am the next morning and we texted him the image then. 10 minutes before 9:30am that morning he texts that he won't be at the shop until 10am and it wouldn't be done with the work until 12:30pm when we had already told him that my daughter had to be a work at noon. he rudely texted to my daughter to " stop texting and to just reply yes or no to the time" she had already approved the image but just wanted softer lines. this business is very unprofessional and I would have also had them fix a tattoo of mine also but we will not be back. a shame as we are in Moon Valley and it's super close to us. do not recommend
