Thought they would be able to give me an overall inspection and take care of what service was needed knowing there were some things to be done. There was a wiring issue, they assured me they could deal with that. I told them I would be driving it to Florida in the winter, so I needed it to be ready to go. I specifically asked them to make sure the transmission fluid and servicing was good. So, I picked up the motorhome drove it back home to Bay City. I knew it would be needing tires. I discovered that the repair facility let me roll out of there with 50 lb when there should have been a hundred and five pounds of air pressure. You know what happens when there's a bad tire issue on a motorhome? It's not pretty! Then, on the trip down to Florida, there was a mysterious transmission issue. Seemed to resolve itself. Now, I'm driving back from Florida, and transmission issue reappeared yesterday driving through Knoxville, about halfway. Overheating, and error codes. Got into the Allison automatic repair facility. Transmission needs complete servicing, NEVER SERVICED SINCE NEW, and there's an issue with a speed sensor. So, Courtesy truck repair charged me about $1,300 for an oil change, and a cobbled electrical repair, that's probably going to need attention in the future. Based on my experience, AVOID THIS PLACE!

My car broke down after visiting my sister back home in Jackson for her birthday. Luckily, we were…read morenot far from town and were able to get help. I had my car towed to Crank-n-Go after a quick Google search as I no longer live in the area and had no idea where to go. I've gone to other Jackson area places when I lived there and nothing but hassle. I digress. Google has this rated at 4.9 and the choice was made. Bill and his crew are absolute gems to work with. He called me first thing Monday morning and asked me what the problem was. Unfortunately, it was nothing good and much more expensive than I had hoped, but that's how it is with cars sometimes. When I picked up my vehicle, they made sure to show me the damaged parts and even lifted the car so I could see underneath. I honestly had never seen the underside of my car ever. They even sealed up a crack in my exhaust that GM quoted me over $2k to fix. The car runs as it should and I have been driving it all over the state ever since. Bill also texted to check up on the car's performance a few days later, which I've never had. Hopefully I don't break down in Jackson again, but if I ever do, it's going there again. I've never had to make an insurance claim…read morebefore nor have I ever been in an accident when I was run off the road I needed somebody work done. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and telling me where to start. Once I made the insurance claim, they handled all the stuff from there. They were good at keeping in touch during the repair process to let me know timetables and their prices were very reasonable. My car came back looking better than it did before the accident. I purchased a woodchipper that was sold by a Ken Joswiak - a manager at this dealership. I met up…read morein the dealership lot to do the exchange and the woodchipper came with keys that had this dealership's logo. The woodchipper had a faulty carburetor that leaked fuel both inside and outside the engine. THIS IS AN EXTREME FIRE HAZARD THAT CAN ENDANGER HUMAN LIFE. Ken did not tell me about this and assured me that "6 mechanics looked it over". I called Ken asking for $200 back so I can fix this extreme hazard but he refused any attempt to improve the situation. This was a bad experience and I would recommend going to this dealership. They are willing to hide a fire hazard for a few hundred bucks.
