They are well known in the area for being a service location, and rightfully can be booked up for a bit. But appointments are easy to get when calling in. Once in for service, you will get phone updates and texts with detailed reports about the ongoing work. This is great for an overview and highly appreciated. I had used one of those cans of freon but the second time it didn't work. We had found GS Auto in a search and have to say Dave pinpointed the problem immediately. He's friendly, VERY detail oriented and even provided a webpage of visuals of his diagnosis. H**nda doesn't even do this! Dave fixed the problem soon after and I had to wait until now to review: the AC is FrEeZiNg! It worked during event the recent heatwave, even when the car was left out in the sun, the AC just kicked in and the really cool air came through in 5-7min. Had a battery put in my car on February 4, 2025. Last Friday the battery was dead (after just 6…read moremonths). Had a new battery put in by a service center in Oradell, NJ. Was told the battery from TJ Tire & Auto Center had a bad cell. The mechanic gave me the bad battery to bring back to TJ's to get reimbursed. TJ's claims the battery is not from his shop! How can he deny this when I have an invoice stating he put in the battery. Needless to say I did not get my money back. He is not trustworthy. BEWARE!
