If you are wondering why I didn't go with Maid Joy first, it's only because other business responded prior to them and it was the ole' "early bird, gets the worm" scenario. I needed my rental cleaned for a new tenant and essentially needed it immediately. Anywho, once I received communication and a detailed estimate, we were off and running. We initially scheduled for a Friday, but had to alter to a Monday (no biggie). The owner was extremely communicative and provided me with pictures of the home after the cleaning was finished. She met her crew at the home and even came back to the home to take care of one area. This was finished (literally) right before my walk through with the NEW tenants AND on the same day that Governor Hogan shut down all NON essential businesses.
