His prices were fair and he answered all of my questions. I love how honest he is and how he called me to provide updates. He didn't have a part in store for my oil change and called me to provide me with the option to go elsewhere or wait until he could get a new part. I decided to wait because I trusted him. I had a service B performed on my Mercedes and asked that he also check my entire car to see if there was anything else that needed to be repaired. He later called me, found that my rear breaks were worn and provided me with a quote of the cost and I asked if he could replace them. On the day I picked up my car, Jerry was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me and even helped me replace my car license plates and put on my registration sticker. I highly recommend him if you're trying to find a diligent, honest and patient mechanic. I will continue to bring my car back to him and recommend him to my friends and family. Which was very confusing because why are you taking my money and sending me home with my car after 7 days of alleged maintenance...only for me to still hear the loud noise coming from my defective axle which is attached to the differential. The number I was given to call back went to voicemail so I got a second opinion from another more honest and reliable mechanic ...who showed me exactly where the problem was....the mechanics at roc auto were irritated that I got a second opinion while I had both them and my new mechanic on a three way call...It's really a shame that these mechanics at roc auto conducts business this way...I would not recommend them to my worst enemy They make the rest of you mechanics look like scammers who take advantage of working class citizens.....thanks a lot You have been warned don't let them take your money

They fix your car when they say they will fix it, at a good price, and with a smile. Don't expect a warm, inviting atmosphere when you show up, tho. These guys are mechanics who will fix your car expertly. But it's a small shop, and all of the cars are sort of wedged together. What was designed as a showroom is now their warehouse, and the waiting room is great if you're a fan of 1970's avocado-and-gold color schemes. Honestly if you plan on waiting, there's at least two really good coffeeshops within walking distance. Both are really good places to hang out for a hour or so. Also: I don't know if they would consider themselves LGBTQ+ allies, but the first time I went there with my car after I transitioned, terrified of what might happen, they said "Hi [former name]!" I said, "actually, my name is Penny," and they said "Hi, Penny!" Seriously, nothing else changed, and they have never once deadnamed or misgendered me. If you're looking for a shop that has concierge-level amenities, move along. But if you want expert repair from a couple of guys who love what they do, this is the place.
