Okay where do I start. I have never in my life recieved such good service. I initially found Jays when I brought a new car and needed wheel locks and tints. The price was unbeatable and they moved so quick. I didn't have to find a ride or anything I sat in their waiting room which is clean and spacious and in no time my car was ready. The tint Job was phenomenal no bubbles or anything, PERFECT. My car recently was hit by a truck and completely ruined and I was so nervous and in shock. Jay was the first person I called and he handled EVERYTHING. Spoke with insurance, helped me go through process for rental and fixed my car swiftly, it looks brand new. He answered all questions I had and answered every time I called with worries. Every detail I get from Jays PERFECT. Every car wash PERFECT, and the air freshener he has smells so good. Oil change, tints, rims power coated, brake calipers painted etc., every service I've had don't at Jays has been perfect. His team is friendly and make sure they do what they gotta do. We took our mini van to get detailed there today , we dropped it off this morning and picked it up in the evening. They took their time with the van which was great, when we went to pick up the van we were schocked, the van looks AMAZING, they did such an AWESOME JOB I HONESTLY COULDNT BE HAPPIER! If you're looking for a detail or a car wash, this would be my first choice. I had water damage due to flooding and I was under the impression my carpets were ruined. I talked to the owner and he was confident he would be able to take care of it and he sure did. It went beyond my expectations . It was a completely different car inside when I picked it up. They get really busy sometimes, but the line moves pretty quickly. Looks like business is good for a reason. They really try to take care of you. I'm not from the area but drive through on the way up to visit the in laws. Friend recommended me to come here. At first I'm skeptical of car washes because of the car I drive. Jays has been a institution in Paterson for over 15 years. It's one of those places that you go to and you see friends and family that you haven't seen in a while. Although it's tucked away off Lafayette and Summer streets all the locals know about the place because of their reputation. On any given day you will see some sick cars being washed and detailed and Little Jeff and Big Jay are around making sure that everything is on point. What a place! Has some of the most up to date equipment and an awesome saltwater fish tank for kids. The car wash prices are super reasonable and they have the Sonny's system with the hot wax and the lava wash with the ph buffer. Place looks brand new and the staff is very accommodating and pleasant. They also have the unlimited wash program where for $19.99 a month you can get unlimited basic exterior washes and then just upgrade and pay the $4 when you want the wax. read more

I have been wanting to get my windows tinted for the longest and Jeff hooked it up. The tint process took about an hour and they gave my car a complementary carwash afterwards which is awesome of them. 5/5 would recommend to anyone wanting to get their windows tinted. read more
