Tried this spot today and overall I was really impressed! I ordered a burrito with yellow rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, guac, and onions. The portions are HUGE -- they definitely are not stingy with fillings. The burrito was packed and super satisfying. I also tried both the green sauce and the red spicy sauce, and both were really good. Also, I got fries on the side and they were a little soggy, but still decent. I ordered the kids enchilada for my cousin, but they gave us a quesadilla instead. It was pretty small, so that part was a little disappointing. What a hidden little gem in Gaithersburg. It's not a plush restaurant. It is more of a carryout place but the food quality is amazing. I ordered the burrito that was stuffed with rice, corn, steak and more. It was flavorful fresh and a really good size portion that I have lunch today. My fiancé ordered the tacos while they looked great. It's not a huge portion so he was hungry later. The taco dinner come with rice, but he did not eat it. We ordered french fries that were cooked perfectly. The staff are friendly and it's like I said more of a carryout restaurant with tables inside You serve yourself sodas, and the prices are fair. Amazing family-owned special charm in Gaithersburg. Chipotle style ordering with many more options such as enchiladas, quesadillas, burritos, tacos, nachos, chicken wings, etc. The ladies behind the counter were all hard workers, dishing out the orders, and moving the line along. Bean burrito was only $9 with a drink and it was massive because they stuff it. I didn't even finish it and took the rest home. Chipotle good-bye. Authentic Latin America tastes with great flavoring. Grilled, tossed in hot sauce, and served with house made ranch. Be prepared to wait while they're cooked up but know you'll be leaving with a happy stomach. Close second for me is the Tex-mex wrap that I always sub for steak. It's filling (you'll be amazed by how much they fit in the tortilla and their wrapping skills). And third, their breakfast! After a day of errands, including picking up a repaired vehicle at our mechanic, JB's Auto, wife and I stopped for TexMex at Jazmin Cuisine. I have eaten here before but my bride had not. I chose a carnitas burrito stuffed with everything and wife got chicken enchiladas for carryout. Getting to watch the fresh preparation is a plus. When we got home, the food was still hot and delicious. I wish I could say it was too much to finish but I was starving and licked my fingers too. I hoped that my wife would not finish the enchiladas so I could try that too, but even tiny she finished the entire plate. The staff were lovely to deal with and the prices are very reasonable. Thursday 1/25/2024 I've always had this Mexican restaurant in high regards ever since I intially tried this place back in 2020 but that has changed based on my most recent visit in 2024. In the past, I've had a chicken burrito bowl, ranchero wings, and brownie but this time I got a chicken burrito (with yellow rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato salsa, sour cream) $11.50 and a steak quesadilla $13.95. The prices continue to increase and it's not for the better. The burrito was decent but your much better off getting a bowl with a tortilla on side so you can get more food for the cost. The steak quesadilla was alright but was overpriced for what you get in my opinion. The ranchero wings are solid but they can be overcooked and burnt at times. The brownie was a regular basic brownie, nothing special. Overall, the restaurant is still solid for the most part but it's not as good as i remember and I would rather go to a few other spots first if I want Mexican food. read more

Very popular place for lunch. I stumbled on this spot during my walk on my lunch break. They have a wide variety on their menu, with indoor seating. I ordered their side order of 6 pieces of wings, which was reasonably priced and delicious. I also ordered their chicken noodle soup and I was quite surprised, it had a lot of white meat chicken with parsley and was very delicious. Their lunch time is their busiest time of the day so, I recommend allowing for extra time to pickup your order, because they get a very high volume of carryout orders. I came here on a quiet Monday evening and there were a few families eating. I didn't have to wait for the lady to take my order. Everything was cooked promptly and I waited maybe a total of 10 minutes. I used to come here almost 8 years ago and it's still as good as I remembered it to be. I believe it's a family owned restaurant. The older lady will roll your burrito into a burrito no matter how stuffed it is. She's the real MVP. I gave this place 4 stars for two reasons. For the ranchero wings, they asked how spicy I wanted it. I asked for not too spicy, just mild. When I got home, they were just plain grilled wings. I can't find my photos but the food is delicious. I tried this establishment some months ago. The portion sizes are not gluttonous so some may be offended at first. THE BURRITO IS HUGE. The girl definitely struggled to wrap it up. Get the yellow rice because it has more flavor for sure. A very straightforward, filling, delicious burrito. Carnitas burrito bowl - didn't see it on the Yelp online menu, but it's there when you go in person, underneath the burritos. I thought mine had too much lettuce and raw onion personally, but again, it was LOADED. She gave me so much carnitas so I couldn't complain. I should have gotten the yellow rice, have to get that next time. Wings - a little more burned than I would have liked (see photo) and probably won't get again. Nothing really that much more special than wings you'd get at papa johns as a side or something. I've lived in MOCO for a while, but never knew Jazmin Cuisine existed! Ordered steak enchiladas for takeout. I appreciated the fact that they did not skimp on the meat and packed my to-go box to the top. Loved my enchilada. The steak was so juicy and flavorful and went perfectly with the sour cream, guacamole, and Pico de Gallo. The rice and beans were a bit bland though. This place deserves more attention. Therefore I went ahead and tried their food. I went around 11:15am on a weekday before the lunch rush, obviously because I was the only one in the restaurant. To order you just go the very right of the bar and let them know what you want just like Chipotle. It's easy and the customer service was overall satisfactory. I got the steak burrito with my choice of filling just like chipotle. I must have been eye hungry because my burrito was so big at the end. **btw guacamole was not extra $$** The burrito was enough to feed two people or maybe for 2 meals. Please see picture. I ate one half for lunch and saved the other half in the fridge for dinner. My filling is white rice, (no beans), lettuce, mild salsa, hot salsa, corn, sour cream, guacamole, and cheese. That's all. I love breakfast burritos so I go out and intentionally search for them and I think I found the best one in the area. The place is at the intersection of Airpark and Rt 124. Just a little shop in a small shopping center. We have been here more than a few times. Here are some of my favorites: Breakfast burrito - yea I mentioned it. It's big with large pieces of proteins, salsa, potatoes, cheese and egg. Made fresh and tasted amazing. I prefer the steak one as one can enjoy the charred flavor of the grilled steak. Carnita burrito - love their carnita! Unlike a lot of places the carnita comes out juicy and tender! It does not taste like tree barks. Just like their breakfast burrito it's just taste fresh and you get to choose what you want in your burrito. Also they don't skimp on portions - everything is huge and I am impressed of their ability to jam all the ingredients into a burrito. The price - They are very cheap for what you get! The value is very high for this place. Sure you can get burritos cheaper at Taco Bell's but you will not find the freshness and the quality of the meat from any fast food joint. Highly recommend it! Never would have known about this place if it weren't for my parents who had noticed it driving by one day and randomly grabbed lunch there... Anyway, they recently recommended it to us for carry out, and we loved the food. There are quite a few tables inside, but most people seemed to be getting their food to go.
