The teachers are motivating, the classes are inclusive of all body types and abilities, and everyone is kind. The goal is to get stronger - not hotter, skinnier, etc., which I really, really appreciate. The customer service is also fantastic! I have had some issues with my knee and as such have had to stop going recently. The customer service team worked with me to pause my account indefinitely so that by the time I come back, I won't be paying any additional fees or increased payments. They respond promptly to concerns, and are always apologetic if something goes wrong. I've never been worried about feeling heard with them. The location itself is very convenient, and has great hours. They have classes ranging from 6am to the evening, which I really appreciate! It's such a cute place, and is always sparkling clean. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and the prices were very affordable. My only complaints was that the gym was somewhat hard to naviagte since the gym was not organized by "sections" (ex, the basketball court was in the midst of the free weight area, and machine rooms were spread around the gym) and the hours during the week. The gym is only open till 9pm, which made it sometimes difficult to find time to make it on time due to long obligations during the day. I wish that the gym was open for an hour and a half longer during the week.

What's the price online is $57. They never gave me a receipt for the $10. They only gave me a receipt for the $69.30 plus $10.00 so I paid $79.30 in my email receipt is showing 69 30. when I had called, I was told $57. I get there at 6930, then if I wanna go to Northampton, it's $60. I'm a 65-year-old person. This is only abuse. I went in and I paid cash. I mean going there forever I think I want my money back $80 a month for 65-year-old person to go to a gym. Come on, man.

In her " Yoga for Stiff People" class, everything that I had learned previously, fell into place because she took the time to start with the foundations of yoga. Her first class focused on the feet and by the end of 6 weeks, we had systematically worked our way up to the neck and head. She demonstrated good and bad techniques, breaking down each movement into its components so that we not only got the position correct but we understood how simple, easy to remember adjustments helped us maintain body memory. Each week Katie reviewed what we had learned from the week before and her warm, engaging style was an invitation to think about form and posture in very practical ways. Previously, I never quite knew if my foot placement, or hip placement or if my weight was distributed quite right. Katie changed all that with her practical, hands-on instructions - and she had time to come around to all of us in her class to give us one-on-one help. Quite unexpectedly, I found myself working at home on short routines that she had shown us. I was also thinking of getting shoulder surgery after years of injections and P.T. - but not any more.
