Well I've had 9 laser treatments here (bought 2 packages, was going to buy a third and forth for my armpits and face) and everything was fine until something came up this morning and I messaged them to let them know I wouldn't be making it. I was told I was going to be charged $25 for cancelling day of! I've completely missed my appointment once in January and wasn't told of any fee! They rescheduled me without any problem. All of a sudden they start charging a fee and not telling us? If it had been this way the whole time how did I not know?! Especially since Ive had to reschedule before. I didnt get any sort of warning. For someone who has bought more than one package and have been going for 6 months (my treatments are 3 weeks apart, you'd think they'd make an exception and say, "next time you'll be charged $25" and note it in my chart. But then I said fine just charge the 25 dollars to my account if having that 25$ fee is more important to you than keeping a repeat customer that has spent nearly $300 (and was going to spend more on maintaience packages). That is when she said "my mistake, you actually dont get charged, you LOSE A WHOLE LASER SESSION! IM SORRY, MY MISTAKE" I insisted that i didnt know about this policy, and all she said was "sorry it's always been this way, sorry we never told you, if you don't come back that's fine." What makes me more upset is that I waited 20 minutes last time for my appointment because the customer before me didn't know if she wanted to add on more services for that day or not. I didn't even complain. Other people walked out, but I was understanding and pleasant the whole time. I'm a customer who is easily pleased, I can understand that things happen and pushes the schedule back -- but I don't understand how you can charge or take away sessions from a repeat, friendly customer who honestly didn't know of your policy without any warning. Terrible customer service. Cares way more about making money than customer satisfaction. *edited to add* just read a few other reviews and it's obvious that customers don't know of this cancellation policy. In all, I had sessions here for about a year. I first started going to Jazzy Laser Spa with a Groupon to get my underarms done. I had never had laser hair removal done before so I didn't know what to expect. My first few experiences were great. I had a good laser tech who was a little too talkative but enjoyable. With the first few sessions I noticed quite a difference in the hair growth so I purchased session to get my bikini and legs done. In the middle of my treatments the initial tech I had left and so another tech took me over. I immediately noticed a difference in the way the laser was handled and the number of passes they did over an area. I don't know who trains these ladies on how to use the laser but you'd think it'd be more consistent. I don't know how to use the machine, but their techniques were so different, I imagine ONE OF THEM HAD TO BE DOING IT WRONG. I continued with the sessions and because of the results I was seeing didn't bother going anywhere else. As long as I continued with the sessions I saw improvement. As soon as I stopped all of the hair slowly started coming back in full force. After my switch to the new employees, no one ever asked what kind of results I was seeing. Was I getting less hair growth? Thinner? How often did I need to shave now? No one ever asked or seemed to care. They seemed to want me in, out, and on to the next person. It's been a few months since my last appointment. I did a total of 6 sessions for each my legs, underarms, and bikini. At this point it appears as though ALL OF MY HAIR HAS COME BACK AS THICK AS BEFORE. I understand this isn't completely their fault as everyone reacts differently to laser hair removal, but I was at least hoping to see some improvement. read more

I bought six laser hair removal appointment for a medium area deal from groupon on April of 2018. To be completely honest, i saw a difference in the thickness of my hair root, but I personally would not recommend this place. First of all, "Jazzy Laser Spa" is actually not "Jazzy Laser Spa". As confusing as it is, the building is actually under "Beyond Beauty Lashes". There is only one room aside in the building that entails laser hair removal. Other than that, the building specialise in lash extenstion. Eye lash extension accesories such as adhesive remover is available for purchase in the front reception. However, laser hair removal products, such as soothing gels were not available. Personally, this made me feel like the location did not emphaize the focus on laser hair removal at all, but only provide the service as a side revenue (which the quality is significantly impacted). Secondly, there is only on technician! Who seems to be quite unacknowledgeable if you ask me. I had a consultation prior to my appointments, and she was not helpful at all. No test or evulation was done to analyze my hair follicles or skin type. Treatments can be adjusted depending on hair or hair color. However, the technican did not once looked at my legs. Adding to that, the machine was set to low intensity for the first few treatments (which is a waste of the paid treament session, since it doesnt really damage the hair follicles). I remeber the technician only made 2-3 increments of adjustment in the intensity of the laser. This is how they increase ther revenue (be careful!). Then they'll suggest you buying more packages for maximum effectiveness, which they could have acchieve in the beginning if they did not jack up the intensity. On top of that, the technician was not detail orientated at all. She misses spots when applying the gel before the laser treatment. Even during laser treament, she missed some spots on my leg, since i can still feel the hair. Lastly, one mesmerizing detail of the treatment was when the technician handed me a pair of worned-out goggles to protect my eyes before each session. That pair of goggle was a nightmare. The cushion on the goggles were torned and the rubber that suppose to wrap around my head was completely stretched out. I am not sure how they sanitized it, hopefully it was sanitized, because the goggles did not appear to be hygienic at all. In conclusion, my experience with Jazzy Laser Spa exceeded below expectations and I personally would not recommend. read more

Alexa gets 5 stars, she is personable and fun. The sessions are quick, and she asks often how it's feeling and if you have any pain or hotness. She's great! I saw some results after my first session on my under arms. I know everyone reacts differently, but I'm excited! The business itself: I don't think they have a receptionist as it's inside a lash salon. In my experience they never answer, but I do get a call back pretty quickly. This place is excellent. TY is my laser specialist and he was very informational and friendly when discussing what my options were as well as answering all of my questions. When you walk into the business, they give you snacks, soda, Gatorade, water, etc. On top of this, I found this place on Groupon, and their prices are extremely reasonable. They were also able to match my groupon price which is great. The treatments are very thorough, and they slowly increase the laser heat gradually. I know it is effective because I can sometimes smell my hair burning off when I tell them to up the light power. I went in for hair on the sides of my face because tweezers left me a lot of ingrown hairs. After the first treatment, I noticed considerable less hair growth after the first week. I just came back from the second treatment and Ty took even more time with me making sure the laser got as many hairs as possible. I am so happy I found this place on Yelp. Since my initial review, the manager left me a vm. I called back and spoke with Tiffany (who was awesome) and everything was sorted out. The reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is due to their management or lack thereof. If you have an issue or complaint, it is very difficult to speak to someone in management. However, the staff themselves were extremely friendly and helpful. The establishment was very clean and organized. They have complimentary water, soda and snacks in the front desk/check in area. I was a first timer when it came to laser hair removal and like a majority of the people, I thought it was going to HURT. I was amazed at how painless it was. It didn't hurt at all. I have never had laser hair removal before this place so I was excited for my first experience. I paid 900 cash for my whole body, at first i was getting treated by one person then half way through i got finished off by a second person. Although the staff were always very nice and there was always complimentary water; the purpose for my visits were to get this hair off of my body and unfortunately i did a whole year and saw 10% hair removal. i was so disappointed and i felt terrible because i felt as if i threw my money away and not only that i felt like a wasted a whole year. i followed all the rules, shave completely, no sun, was on time for every single appointment, never missed an appointment and still this happened. I am sorry to say this because the people working in this establishment are so nice, but place is a scam because it does not deliver. You are wasting your money and time. After the sessions i tried to work with the lady and told her about my issues and she offered another free session but one last session was not going to help clearly and she apologized and said there was nothing she could do. I called 1 month later to maybe try another year because maybe this time it will work, and maybe i can get a good deal since they failed the first time. when i called i did not receive a call back i left messages and i was completely ignored. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your skin. Went here to have my first laser hair removal treatment. The procedure that was suppose to be done was the stomach line "small area". Jenny applied a cooling gel over the correct small area but when she ran the laser hair removal machine over my stomach I noticed she was going over my entire stomach!!! Which majority of stomach did not have the cooling agent on it for protection. It stung really bad as she was moving the machine around but it was my first time so I assumed that was a normal feeling. Woke up the next day and the left side of my stomach had multiple 2nd degree burns!!! Went back to show Jenny what her neglect had done and she said "Omg I've never seen that before. Put Neosporin on it". That's it. It's been a couple months and I've had to spend hundreds of dollars for prescription creams after meeting with my dermatologist to get this treated. Please save your skin and go somewhere where they are actually experienced in laser hair removal. I want to precede with saying I've had five laser sessions done on my lower legs before moving to Las Vegas and it still left me with about 40-50% of hair growth. My upper legs though, are virgin areas to laser. After two sessions with Jenny at Jazzy Laser, my lower legs are completely hairless!!! And my upper legs maybe has about 30% hair growth left....After two sessions!!! I'm so amazed and it's all because Jenny is so thorough. Finished my round of treatments and I WAS quite satisfied with the result, until I noticed a little patch of about 10 hairs that they missed under my right arm pit. Ugh, it looks awful. I am so dissapointed. So much for not having to shave anymore :\ Otherwise, they definitely have the "better" type of laser that is more effective and less painless. About 99% of my underarm hair is totally gone. Definitely worth the Groupon, just make sure they get it all. My only other gripe is their cancellation policy. They confirm with you the day before, but I happened to have an emergency in the interim after I confirmed (my son started throwing up in the middle of the night, so I couldn't make my morning appointment because I had to take him to the doctor). I attempted calling, texting, emailing... everything... to let them know I wouldn't be there and to please reschedule me for later in the day. I didn't get a call until later on that day and they told me I could reschedule, but had to forfeit one of my treatments. I even offered to show them the doctor's note that we were at the appointment, but she said no. I was really bummed and it kind of turned me off to future purchases. I have 3 kids and life gets unpredictable. I was never late or missed any other appointments and I made every effort to let them know ahead of time what was going on. Oh well. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about this actually working but after only 4 sessions on my legs I am so impressed. The consultation was very thorough and the technician explained to me exactly how the laser works and how long it would take. I have had 2 technicians and both were thorough and very friendly. This place is a scam !!!!! Be careful!!! I will not ever recommend this place to anyone, I bought their 3 laser in a small area at Groupon. Used it for my 11 years old daughter had the two done and on the first 2 sessions they always called to confirm the appointment a day prior to, so on the third session we did not get the courtesy phone call to confirm. So I called a day or two later and talk to someone and they said that they are ok to reschedule it, which I did. BUT when the appointment was day prior to, I have a text from them saying that I needed to pay since I am no call no show on the prior appointment. I was shock and so disappointed. Later I found out from 2 of my co workers that they did the same thing to them, A very big SCAM that they do. You are better off buying it from another place than this JOKE of a business. Wow! Awesome experience!!! A friend of mine highly recommended this spa for laser hair removal. Mind you....it didn't matter what she said because I was scared to death to have this procedure. Called in for information over the phone for simple pricing on laser hair removal treatments. I'm trying to decide where to invest my money for hair removal. So I called and the lady or receptionist who answered the phone must of been in a horrible mood was very short with me and when I asked about laser removal for the private area (Brazilian) if they laser all the way by the butt area and around anus just like when they do waxing she sounded very annoyed and honestly tried to make me feel dumb.
