The nurses are great! They're very professional, friendly and know what they're doing. They make sure you're comfortable throughout the session. My issue with this location is that they're always behind. Expect to go in 30 minutes after your appointment that will only take 5 minutes. The front desk staff are friendly and always very smiley but don't always know what they're doing. I got in for my 3:15 appt at 3:10, a guy came in for his 3:45 appt. At 3:30 he was roomed. I asked the front desk and she said I had to do an intake form. Alyssa, the other front desk staff who had just sat down, is shaking her head while looking at the other front desk lady's screen. This was not my first or second time here. So she takes me into a room and tells me to be on my phone so I can answer their call to do the intake. 10 minutes later, no call. Front desk staff comes in again and ASKS FOR MY NAME. Then she said oh it's because your appt is at 3:30. No, it was 3:15. Then she brings me to another room and says to wait for the nurse.... No intake done. I didn't complain in the past because I understand them running behind. But this time, it seemed like the nurses were actually on schedule seeing as how they roomed the 3:45 patient at 3:30. read more

Selfish and greedy company that lacks integrity. I wish I could leave a review for LaserAway HQ, but I cannot. LaserAway as a whole is easily the worst company I've ever had to encounter. I went to this location when they first opened, received amazing deals and packages. I, however, did not love the results after using 4/10 treatments (I know, I didn't use all of it), so I insisted on cancelling and getting a refund for the (credit) amount I already paid. They associates informed me that I could receive a refund, only for me to find out through their finance team that I couldn't. No biggie, sucks, but no biggie. I have been in a battle with this company for the past 3 months asking and begging them to stop charging me and harassing me via phone calls. Not only do they not allow me to cancel my subscription/payments, they then call me every week to make sure my payment comes out on time. At this point, I have talked to a dozen representatives both with LaserAway and their third party billing service, and no one seems to be able to CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION/PAYMENTS. I loved getting my first treatment here. Everyone was incredibly kind and informative. The woman I was doing the phone interview with went above and beyond to ensure I got into a clinic closest to me as well as had my appointment the same day I called ! I knew I wanted lip filler and how I wanted them to look. I told my nurse she was the artist and use the product as she saw fit to enhance my features. I buy their large packages in advance so I can use them. I can't go in the middle of the week for work, and I leave for a work trip on February 15th. Not only was the rep on the phone condescending, and calling me "babe". I am never buying a package deal again because of their scheduling system never saves appointments from their self booking system, they inconvenience their customers and then you can utilize it. read more

The representative did 2 follow ups this one was for them to give me injections because itdissolve my lips are back to its normal size and they did not give me the additional injections because they think I want bigger lips. That is just bullshit. They hounded me all week last week to do another treatment for body sculpting and because I refuse that I think that's why didn't establish my needs as a client. BUYER BEWARE if you're going for Botox. I tried the Henderson location for my first Botox treatment (actually I did Xeomin at the staff's recommendation). I was told after 14 days I could come back if I needed any areas "fixed". Well after the Xeomin settled, I saw this dent over my left eye...it was DEFINITELY not visible before. My left eye is now also droopy. NOT happy AT ALL. I called on 2/15 to see about getting "fixed" and was told someone would call me back. Crickets. So I call back on 2/16. Mattie had me send in a pic for the nurse to review. They then scheduled me for a 5pm appointment. At 4:03 I get a text from Alyssa saying a nurse practitioner wasn't there so it'd be best to reschedule. I responded to the text saying I'd like to come on 2/17. Crickets. I responded again. Crickets. I responded the next morning. Crickets. So I call and the front desk says no one left a note saying I needed to be rescheduled and she'd have the nurse call me. Got a call from the nurse at 5pm. She said I had the dent before and it couldn't be fixed... I'd have to wait it out. Really?Having never noticed this dent and now looking like I have a deformity really pisses me off. I will definitely NOT be going back here. I am highly pissed at my results and horrible customer service experience. After being told by the nurse that my now visible dent can't be fixed, I asked to cancel my future visit and a refund. I then all of a sudden get a text message (remember they ignored my previous texts) that they can fit me in for a touch up. REALLY!!!??? Is anyone on the same page here? The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Completely unacceptable. When you're spending this kind of money you want all of the i's dotted and t's crossed. I arrived at 4:10pm and there was a gentleman that arrived at 4:18pm for his 4:15pm appointment.. The receptionist Alyssa sent him to a room right away! I was waiting there until 4:45pm and I was still not in a room. Another lady came out of her room and asked if anyone was going to help her.. the gentleman that was late got his treatment finished before anyone did. I ended up canceling my appointment.. Inquired online and immediately started receiving multiple texts and calls from sales reps. I set up a phone consultation and talked through getting Xeomin - informed rep that this would be my first time and they continued to try and offer "deals" for xeomin bundles for $2500+. I let them know I wanted to dip my toes in the water and that I wasnt looking for more then that - we moved forward and they said they could offer me 50 units of Xeo for $500 and for $249 I could receive a facial and laser hair removal - I agreed. I paid the contract to move forward with booking. After booking, I get notified that I am a Premium Member that costs $249 per year. I called customer service - they were useless and had my rep call me back. The rep told me that all customers who spend $500+ are REQUIRED to be a premium member. While there are perks to being a premium member, NONE of this was discussed during the consultation or was there ever any mention of the rewards program to begin with. I let them know I had no desire of being premium and that there wasn't an option to refund me since it was a requirement of the company. They threw in some "extras" to make up for the mistake but the whole bait and switch put a very sour taste in my mouth. Very deceptive tactics from hungry sale reps. read more
