Horrible service! Don't come here! Went in for alignment on my car thought everything went well until the next day! I noticed one of my wheels sticking out more than the other so I called the place and told them the guy said come in I'll fix it then when I brought it in he wanted to charge me again for a whole new alignment job. After paying another guy for horrible advice and bad alignment service, I was recommended to Bob to get the job done. And he did. He's an honest, nice guy that can help you out. Called for a front wheel alignment.....got a quote, best price by far. So came in on a Saturday. George showed me and expressed some concerns on my front suspension which I really liked and appreciated. Still went with the front alignment. He was done in like 25 mins after driving it once and making adjustments. Car feels great, steering wheel is nice and centered! Will be back for alignment and suspension work for sure read more

Took my toddler son along with me to get the alignment. As we waited literally in the garage, the man fixing the soda machine as well as a customer waiting for their car start smoking. The garage is open air, but if it doubles as the waiting area, I'm not sure this is a good thing. Once I got my car back, it felt like the wheel is a little over adjusted in the opposite direction. This place may not be using computer alignment which would also explain the better price point. read more

I've been here many a times for oil changes and tire questions . Bob and Jorge both have friendly service. If they cannot do a certain job on your car, they will go out of their way to call another shop FOR YOU to get the job done. They will direct you there and everything. I really hope more and more people come here because Jorge and Bob give you HONEST answers. Not once have they tried to charge me for service not needed for my car. Try it, give them a call, ask for a quote, take your car in, and let them inspect and tell you IN PERSON what you May or May Not need! This place even installs aftermarket items that you bring in yourself (at a cost for labor, of course). However, it's definitely REASONABLE. They recently installed some HID Fog Lights that I brought in, for a small labor fee. I really like the fact that all of them speak WELL ENGLISH (no offense to the other shops nearby). But Seriously, would you deal with another shop that has people speaking another language, in front of you? It's awkward and makes you feel like they're jacking up the prices on you. I hope that JB Alignment gets more positive reviews, because I feel they deserve it. They do a wonderful job, have a friendly staff, get your car serviced in a timely fashion, and call you as soon as it's done. I'm so disappointed with this place. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I've been coming here almost a year to get the 35 dollar alignment deal and never had a problem until a few days ago.... I visited on Feb. 2nd to get the same alignment. When I got my car back, the "mechanic" (If you want to call him that) told me my car was done , but that he found some play from the control arm on the driver's side. He told me to check it out when I had a chance. I immediately saw a red flag... as I had just replaced and upgraded my control arms. When I got home I inspected my car and to my surprise I found my bushing to be damaged....not from normal road abuse , but ACTUALLY INTENTIONALLY DAMAGED. I love my car and its my project. I put time and money into and take care of it he best I can and to have this happen....it DISGUSTS ME. Also ,because he thought I would be stupid enough to believe his reason. I will NEVER come back...dishonest shop...they don't care about peoples vehicles even when seeing all the money and time that is spent on them. read more

Came here because of the reviews. Well not too happy. My rig is lifted was driving a little bit off. After work was done I drove home. I tested it on the freeway and whoa major death wobble. I went home researched online. Adjusted my toe myself and it drove like it should. I understand that its all manual alignment not computer so no report is given. But work has to be done right and not make some impact gun noise in the back and call it done. BTW overtightened (not torqued) the tie rod adjustment clamps to a point where the lockwasher broke almost off. Maybe good with regular vehicles. But if you have some custom lifts or lowered vehicles look somewhere else. Never again wasted $$$ read more

Mechanic Experts in San Gabriel took my car to JB Alignment for a 4 wheel alignment and to reset the tire sensor. They charged the Body Shop $160 and when I started driving my car, the tire sensor light came back on. Also my auto insurance AAA said that JB Alignment should provide before and after specs which they did not provide so AAA requested another alignment. Huyler's Auto Center in San Gabriel performed a second alignment and found out that all the specs were not in the allowable range like the total toe, camber, toe and caster. Huyler's provided a complete report and adjusted everything to within range. I will be filing a complaint with BAR as this is fraud. We paid for something that was not performed. read more

Came back a year later because my other car needed an alignment. It's a bit of a drive from where I live, but well worth it because I know I will get excellent & friendly service here. Bob checked out the status of the front end and showed me where it was out of alignment and then not long after that my car was ready and back to perfect alignment. read more

I came here for an alignment and they said they couldn't do it because the lower control arms were broken... So I got them fixed by another mechanic... Took my car back there and it turns out they were not installed correctly... I figured it was just my car making all kinds of noises because it was so old! He fixed the issue for me free of charge and did the alignment for a very good price! Now my car drives right again and I don't hear any clanking when I turn! Would definitely go back to this place! Would not recommend this place they don't do a good job I would suggest you guys to go get a computerized alignment cuz a manual alignment is no good or at least this place is no good they finish your 4 wheel alignment in 17 minutes and that includes driving it first and driving it after the alignment to test it so you can imagine what kind of alignment they do and after they give you the keys and charge you for the alignment they tell you you need to fix something on your car and say it will cast you about 700 which makes no sense since the car is a 2018 they just wana rip people off shady people here that are just hungry for the money I went to another alignment place the next day cuz the car was not driving straight since they did the alignment and the other place just told me it just needed the alignment no other repairs need to be done to my car so they just wanted to rip me off with another 700 they are not Honest people stay away read more

He tries to sell expensive front end suspension adjustments which not sure is necessary; brought car for an alignment; he suggested a $500 suspension job; I said no thank you; and took my car ascross the street for a $85 electronic alignment job; car runs well now..stay away from Bob read more
