The staff are nice and greeted me with a smile. However I didn't get a quality alignment. After the 1st attempt, I brought up my concern to the front desk. A 2nd alignment attempt was made and I still had the same result. The alignment was still off. I stopped at a different alignment shop and they were able to set it correctly. After reviewing all the alignment sheets from both shops, It seems as if the tech at Enduro that day may have been rushing through the alignment or was confused. I had a flat tire, took my car to Sam's Club at first, and they didn't want to take out the nail because it was located outside of their "service area". So I called Enduro and spoke to Tommy who said he could order a replacement tire by the end of the day, so I took the car there. Tommy looked at the tire and actually just took out the nail and patched the tire in a few minutes, charged me 20 bucks only and saved me time and money! Sooo happy to have literally stumbled upon my now forever auto shop! My car battery randomly gave out this morning so I frantically drove to the nearest body shop I found on Yelp after hearing from the AAA mechanic to not turn the ignition off (as it may not start again). Upon turning into the plaza, i saw Tommy and Pete who so kindly let me know that the shop I initially routed to was closed for the day (that shop was right across and they were indeed closed). In a hurry, I told them about my situation and they went above & beyond to look at my car for me. Not only that, they were the most honest business I have visited in a long while, not even out of all auto body shops but out of all businesses combined. They were beyond transparent about the services I would need, even giving me options aside from their own shop to make sure I save money. I was shocked because I have visited several different body shops in the past and literally never came across such honest mechanics and I LITERALLY stumbled upon Enduros randomly. Now my car is starting perfectly fine, and not only that they topped me off with free wiper fluid and even looked at/rotated my tires for me free of charge. Both Tommy and Pete were such nice people and I for the first time hung out next to my car instead of the lobby because they're super fun to talk to. I was looking for a wheel alignment for my 2017 Honda Accord so I called three places in the area and asked how much it would be & they all said prices from 80$-100$. I called Enduro Auto and they said 60$. I also needed new tires, Tommy let me know it's better to get an alignment after you get new tires & not before, So I compared how much 4 new tires would cost at sams club and other places and how much it would be from Enduro.
