Keith was the main person I spoke with to set up a day for Jim to get out here and take a look at our situation. Keith also helped with giving us references for lead and Aspesos testing companies. He checked in on us so kindly to see if we had further questions. He was So friendly and helpful. Jim came out to our home and checked out the area that needed to get treated. He was also very friendly and explained everything they would need to do to get things done and completed. He was patient with me about all my questions. They were so patient with us as we needed to wait on some testing that we had to complete due to the year our home was built. Thankfully everything came out negative and the crew was scheduled to come out to our home. The crew that came with Jim were prompt, efficient and friendly. They really did a great job at taking care of the area to ensure the there were no leaks or mold growth behind our walls. Once the project was complete, I needed help finding a drywall company and Kieth referred me to a few. This company is so friendly and helpful and will explain to you what needs to be done, and will answer all your questions. They also have a great price! I strongly recommend World Restoration.

Eric was courteous, conscientious, patient, timely, clean, and cost effective. It was also great that Eric did inspection, the quoting, the job set up, ongoing inspections of the work, and was super responsive the entire time we were working with his team and him for the remdiation. Eric was the first company I called, yet he was the second to come and inspect the situation due to his availability - and once I met Eric, he explained what was needed, how the work was going to go, along with his confidence and commitment to making sure he wasn't rushing me or pushing us into a solution and services we didn't need - was the gold star for why we selected his company. There's nothing like working with a local company, and the owner directly, and a crew that you can tell he has groomed and coached for a long time on how to do a job correct, cleanly, and with as little "normal life" disruption as humanly possible given the circumstances. He's a stand up business owner, loves what he does, and treats your home and situation as it if was his own. Even though they had already explained everything to my parents, they still took the time to make sure I fully understood everything as well.
