Anyway, I had a customized backup camera on there since 2015 that stopped working several years ago that another nameless shop put on. So JB agreed to replace it and do another touchup on the car. Called and spoke to Jimmy, told him what type of work I wanted done on my vehicle. He said to come in on Saturday which I did. No one was there. I waited around and called the shop a couple of times. I was home and I received a call back from the shop. He explained they were on lunch. We agreed for me to come by another day which I did. They took a look at my car and they had 3-4 cars in the shop at the time. Jimmy took my information, looked at my vehicle and said he would send a quote. Never did. I understand that they have other cars ahead of mine, but at least let your customer know you have a quote or give the customer some type of excuse. Lame...
