JB financial is the worst financial institution I've ever dealt with. Jerry the owner of the company introduced me to a guy name Pierre at transatlantic motors.They then took my Mercedes SL 550 traded it in for what I thought was a Porsche GT3. what I actually was getting was a Porsche wrapped in a fake GT3body kit. When I found out I asked Jerry to unwind the deal but they told me it was too late and my car was sold this was literally two days later. He then put me into a jaguar from another dealership An added the old car on top of the new car bill make leaving me upside down in two cars. complete fraudulent company. as of today I filed a lawsuit and reported them to the Better Business Bureau. The only reason this place is getting any stars at all is because of Tony. He is the only person with any kind of customer service skills, consideration, and respect. Every other person I have ever spoken to there makes you feel like you're in the streets getting into an argument and getting ready to throw blows. Totally unprofessional! I made a payment on my sons account two days ago online, and received a payment confirmation. It has been a couple of days so I called today to find out why the money hadn't posted to the account. When I called I spoke with the woman whose name I didn't catch, but literally wanted to reach through the phone! She was so rude and nasty and wouldn't let me get a word in without interrupting everything I said. She told me that it hadn't posted to the account. My question was why was I not notified, this could've hurt my sons credit, and why do I have confirmation saying the payment was received? Again she gave me a nasty response, and I hung up. I am waiting for Tony to call back because he truly is the only one person I will deal with there. What type of service is this? It's a good thing I don't go in person to pay my bills. I got an auto loan with this company a few years ago when I bought my first car and i had the worse experience. Every time I would pay over the phone with a live person I would have strange activity on my card a few day's later... it happened more than 3x. But now I understand working at a place like this they obviously needed the money. Thank god my bank was on it and were able to stop the charges. Also, one time I was a few days late on my payment and I would receive threatening phone calls at my job saying they were on their way to take my car and that everyone at my job will see them taking my car. I attempted to make a payment arrangement and had to call several times and every time I would speak to someone they were laughing and mocking me in the back so unprofessional. My car was recently deemed totaled by my institution company due to hail damage, and was paid in full, yet days after it was paid off, JB Finance reported my payments as delinquent to the credit bureau! They sent me the title paid in full and now my credit took a hit because they report incorrect information. Be careful. read more

Even though this was paid off, they reported in correctly AFTER THE FACT. I didn't even have to finance, but did so to build credit. I think they do this so you will be a repeat customer. The owner he says his name is, Jerry. He was so rude when I came in. Some blonde lady named Maria at the front desk was so ignorant. I asked her for the manager's name of this business, she refused. When I spoke with the manager finally, he was racist and degrading. He acted like we didn't have money and belittled us. Not knowing that my credit was probably better than his. I would never give this company my business. I was referred here by a friend and it turned out to be the biggest flop. There wasn't one black employee here and they treated us so bad because we were black. Hey my credit was less-than-great and they still carried my loan. This is a new relationship for me but so far they have been very nice. The foxy-sounding receptionist chick even called me to remind me about my payment on the due date, since they hadn't received it yet but I already had sent it. Nice customer service so far, but still missing the bikini-massage-service that should be complimentary with every early payment. Oh well, maybe next month! May I make a suggestion that might please the bookkeeper and your customers? How about a $5.00 Starbucks card for every payment made at least 3 calender days before the due date? You guys can create cool, fun games for your customers to play to make early payments. Four early payments in a row and a free Jiffy-Lube oil change? Twelve early payments in a row and a $100.00 pre-paid VISA or AMEX gift card? WHO else in your industry is so creative and does stuff like this? Might put your repossession guy on unemployment, so just switch him to sales instead if that happens! Wouldn't fun early payment incentives such as these also entice prospective dealerships? read more

Liars! They lead you to believe they are helping. Their trick is get low credit score customers tell them their credit will go up if they finance with them, then they dont report to the credit bureaus and your credit literally stays the same low score. Its a total scam. How did i find out about this? Went through a real finance company and in four months My score went up 100 points. At JB Financial in 6 years and two cars my score didn't move up one point. Total scam. If you want to stay broke have them lie to you go with JB. read more

At pay time, the were always polite, and no issues when I switch from check to telecheck, which is more fast and easy for both parties. If I could give minus 5 stars I would, first I appreciate that they provided a loan for me but that's about it, 3 years of dealing with them was thus far my worse experience, they repo my car once, they never gave me a break for being late so I will always be paying about 15-30 dollars extra on late fees each month, the Manager Alfredo is the biggest asshole of this entire universe. I show up 5 minutes after their closing time so I can finally pay off my balance and he had the tendency to open the door and say to come back the next day because they are closed and he cannot give me my title but can sure take my money. Instead of catering to me as a customer for it being my last visit for them to try and leave business in good terms so I can refer to family and friends they did the opposite and this is why I am taking my time to write this review so others don't get slapped in the face like i did.
