They are easy to work with, do quality work, are professional and are reasonably priced. Scott quoted our jobs and took the time to thoroughly evaluate and explain the process involved. He made sure the correct grout color was being used. He's always a pleasure to work with. We previously had our travertine patio floor cleaned. We were so pleased with the results that we called KC Tile when we needed our porcelain tile floors cleaned and the grout resealed. We're amazed how clean the floors look. And the grout now looks like new. The workers were polite, professional and efficient. They even left us small bottles of grout if we ever need to touch up an area. During the project, the supervisor stopped by to check on the quality of the work. Impressive! The company is honest as well as professional. When we asked Scott if KC Tile could pressure wash our driveway pavers without sealing the driveway, he recommended someone else who does this work at a lower price. We appreciate the sincerity. I wanted a quick solution to this bed odor, and Matt took the time to explain why it would actually be a bad idea: it could discolor the cheaper fabric, it could pull dyes through from the foam to the surface, it could possibly not even be effective (since the smell could be stuck deeper down in the wood frame). I so appreciate his knowledge and willingness to pass up a job in favor of giving a customer some wise cautionary words. I hope a good review can make up for it!

After getting quotes from a few different companies, I chose to go with Greener Steamer because they don't use harsh chemicals and Matt has experience with travertine. Everyone there was a great help in explaining why one tile may be better than another. Did you know they have great quality shower doors 5/8th thick! BTW: they stored my tiles for over a month until my GC was ready for them, and told me not to worry if I needed them to be stored longer. Delivery was great & easy. The tiles came divided in the truck and my workers were assisted by Anthony King my delivery professional whowas incredible & very helpful.
