My dad had commissioned them to make a cross of silver with sapphires on it, and I brought in a small amount of her ashes to have them seal inside of it. They said I could always bring it in for cleaning when I was in town (I was in grad school at UF then). Whenever I came home to visit my dad I'd always walk in (no appointment) and ask if they could clean it while I walked around the mall. Not one single time did they ever NOT remember my name. It was one of those kindness' that you never forget over the years. I'm not married yet, but if I ever did get engaged, I'd request my future partner/fiancé to use them.
