During the pre-contract consultation, we were explicitly told that no tile work or revisions would be required. Final payment was withheld because the doors were not functioning properly, and your team prevented the manufacturer from completing the warranty work that was required. There will always be issues that arise during a retrofit window and door installation. The true measure of a company's caliber and professionalism is how those issues are handled and resolved. Attempting to shift blame back onto the customer, rather than taking accountability and working toward a solution, reflects poor business practices.
