From the moment I walked in to drop off my car for an estimate, she seemed visibly annoyed to help me. I remained polite throughout the interaction, but ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere. When I informed her of this, she dismissively said "Okay, bye." When I pointed out how rude she was being, her response was a sarcastic "Thank you!" It's disheartening to think this is the kind of customer service State Farm refers people to. I strongly urge management or ownership to take a hard look at who is representing your business at the front desk.
