The most recent project they completed for me was a complete repaint of my 1991 Nissan Skyline in which they replaced the left rear quarter panel, both rocker panels and addressed various other locations in which rust had started to spread. It took right around a year which was to be expected for a project of this scope and my car looks incredible. Every panel was properly stripped, prepped and painted. The finish is consistent across the entire body, even the engine bay and trunk. From the moment I walked in to drop off my car for an estimate, she seemed visibly annoyed to help me. She took the intake sheet, crumpled it into a ball in front of me, and acted as if my presence was an inconvenience. I remained polite throughout the interaction, but ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere. When I informed her of this, she dismissively said "Okay, bye." When I pointed out how rude she was being, her response was a sarcastic "Thank you!" It's disheartening to think this is the kind of customer service State Farm refers people to. I strongly urge management or ownership to take a hard look at who is representing your business at the front desk. A toxic front-end experience is enough to drive customers away before any actual work is done. Trust your gut when you walk into a place--this one felt like a factory of unhappy people. Despite the receptionist not speaking english too well and having some troubles finding out when my…read morecar was going to be done, I had to speak to the boss. This place was amazing. They took the insurance check no problem kept in contact with my insurance. The damage (considerable $2500 worth) doesn't even exist. My Chevy HHR looks like new again. They even completely washed and detailed the car inside and out. Drove me to the nearby enterprise which is right down the street. Offered to pick me up if they wouldn't bring me back when I dropped the rental off. Hands down if I have body work issues I'm taking it back to these guys.
