Cheap tactics of making extra money. they ruined my whole car and no one is ready to take responsibility. These guys are liars. first they charge almost 4 times more than other private workshops. 2ndly they try to replace everything in the name of quality and people agree bcoz 99% of time it goes to some insurance company. And then they make money from old parts which they unnecessarily change in the name of quality. Always make sure to demand old parts from these guys. I guarantee they will never provide you parts or proof of destroying those parts bcoz they sell those parts to junk yards to make extra money. such a disgrace I have recently faced all these and i have proofs of everything. i submitted review couple months ago, no one from this branch responded and after sending another review one lady from corporate offered help for the sake of just offering help and when i explained the whole situation and provided all proofs, she just vanished like never existed. wish i could give them what they really deserve. read more

My daughter's car got brought here after her car got hit in the front fender in a parking lot. They didn't tell us how long it would take or give us a timeline on the car getting repaired, but we have had major body work done to other cars in the past and since this was not a major job we didn't think it would take but 2 or 3 weeks for a fender/tire replacement and alignment. We finally got the car back 7 weeks later. Twice during our wait my husband got an email saying it would be ready the next day, then all the sudden something else would come up and it wouldn't be ready. My daughter was without her car for seven weeks and had to pay out of pocket for her rental car because of this extended time frame to fix the car. I will say the car looked nice once we picked it up and it drives well, but this accident cost us out of pocket way more than it should have and the bill that our insurance company had to pay was outrageous as well. read more

Discovering your car was hit and having to deal with someone else's auto insurance is never fun, but I'm thankful that they hooked me up with caliber. Pick up and drop off took only a few minutes, the staff was friendly and explained everything, and they even kept me updated via text. I dropped off my car on a Tuesday hoping to get it back the following Wednesday so I didn't have to take the rental on my previously planned road trip, and they made it happen! At first I was upset because I set a appointment and took my car in for the initial estimate after an accident, but i was not sure if I wanted to get the work done there. I booked the appointment through my insurance saying i would do both but i didnt know it mattered. After speaking to them I was told to make another appointment and come back unless I'm getting estimate AND work done there. I decided to just get everything done there. I brought my car here last year for repair as I had hail damage. A reasonable person who brings their car to a collision center should expect that their car is repaired per the estimates. While it appears the hail dents were pulled flush, there was additional damage to the sides and hood of my car upon pick-up. IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE HAD KEYED MY CAR ALL AROUND. Who ever worked on my car must have rubbed his body with keys or a belt as he worked. So not only is my car further damaged, I have to be inconvenienced with time and travel to bring my car back for them to try to rectify their mistake. The customer service staff is friendly, but that is not the point. I would rather them be rude and fix my car (like they are supposed to), than be nice and damage my car further. This shop's incompetence is overwhelming. They did buff the deep scratches out but my car's finish has never been the same. You can see all the buff trails and the car was less than two years old. read more
