1 Star - Avoid This Car Wash AT ALL COSTS!!!…read more This incident occurred Friday July 10th at approximately 7 PM. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. During the automatic wash, the wash tunnel malfunctioned and stopped multiple times . During the drying phase at the end of the tunnel , the machine jammed to my rear wing and when it started up again their equipment damaged my vehicle by breaking off the wing on my car .Accidents can happen, but the way this business handled the situation is completely unacceptable. After the damage occurred the alleged supervised at the time Jose went inside of the machine to obtain my broken part from inside of the car was tunnel , i asked for their insurance information so I could begin the claims process. Instead of cooperating, I was given the runaround, told to wait for a manager who was unavailable, and was provided an incident report at the time with little to no communication despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the present supervisor Jose . I requested a refund for the wash and was refused. I was told to come back to the business when the manager was present on Sunday , Monday , or Tuesday morning from 7-11 AM and was assured by Jose that footage would be saved based off the time of my report and incident . I arrived on Monday July 13th at 7 AM with my incident report and spoke to the manager available at the time who provided a rude tone and aggressive approach and refused liability to damages and claimed that there was no way the machine could damage my vehicle claiming this was not a machine issue. I requested the company's insurance policy information and again he refused to provide it and instead claimed I had to leave the property immediately or I will be trespassed by the police. A business that damages a customer's property should be transparent and take responsibility not avoid the situation. Because of the business's refusal to cooperate and failure to properly address the damage they caused, I will be pursuing all available remedies to recover my damages. This entire experience has shown a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. If you're considering bringing your vehicle here, understand that if something goes wrong, you will be left dealing with the consequences on your own. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENT Thank you for your response. I disagree with your conclusion that my rear wing was already loose or previously damaged. Your response states that the blower "clearly indicates" the part was already damaged, yet you have not provided any evidence to support that conclusion. My vehicle's rear wing had no prior damage before entering your wash. It remained securely attached until your wash tunnel malfunctioned, stopped multiple times, and the drying equipment became caught on the wing before it detached. If your position is that my vehicle arrived with a damaged or loose wing, did you review the surveillance footage from the entrance of the wash to verify that claim? I was specifically assured by your supervisor, Jose, that the footage would be preserved because of the incident. If the footage was reviewed, does it show my vehicle entering with a detached, loose, or visibly damaged wing? If not, then on what factual basis are you claiming pre-existing damage? Your response also overlooks several important facts: The wash tunnel malfunctioned and stopped multiple times during my wash. Your supervisor entered the wash tunnel to retrieve my broken wing after the incident. I reported the damage immediately while still on site, and an incident report was completed. When I requested your insurance information to begin the claims process, I was refused. When I returned to speak with management as instructed, I was met with hostility, denied your insurance information again, and threatened with trespass instead of being provided a reasonable explanation. The issue is not simply that damage occurred. It is that your business dismissed my claim without presenting any evidence while simultaneously refusing to provide the information I requested to pursue the matter through the appropriate channels. Simply stating that your equipment is "safe" or that you have "never had an issue before" does not establish that your equipment could not have caused damage in this instance. The absence of previous reported incidents is not proof that an incident did not occur here. I remain confident that my vehicle entered your facility with an intact rear wing and left with it broken off after the malfunction inside your wash. I will continue pursuing the appropriate avenues to resolve this matter based on the facts and evidence available.

I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. I got a free car wash at the was station next door, full service, and they did a great wash. I am already planning my next visit with them. I will update review in the future.

Truly disappointed with this location. Lorenzo, the service advisor tried to charge us $25 for the…read morebrake inspection upon initial arrival. When I pointed out the banner at their shop that says "Free Brake Inspection" and their website which states Free Brake Inspection, he retorted that their website also states they do free smog checks, but he states they do not even do smog. (When relooking at their website, they do not mention free smog anyways.) Lorenzo stated the brake inspections were not free and the website got it wrong. When I asked him for the person in charge he stated Erika and Ezekiel were in the parts dept. It is a shame Lorenzo was the only advisor handling a long line at check in. He stated Corporate was aware of the brake inspection charge discrepancy. If they are aware and he is aware, why try to charge a customer for a "Free" brake inspection? After leaving our car here, we heard the next day of a list of repairs needed. Lorenzo stated they believed our brake caliper was seized but could not confirm it. He attempted to charge us an additional $289.47 for the brake caliper service and $152.10 for the brake fluid service in addition to the brakes and rotor replacement service charge we were expecting. The issue is that when we asked Lorenzo if he could confirm if the brake caliper was truly needed to be replaced, he could just say he highly suggests replacing it. From the beginning, this place was trying to scam. I reached out to Alex's Auto Repair in Cypress, who confirmed they could verify if the brake caliper would be needed. Alex's Auto Repair stated there would be no need to waste extra money if he could confirm the issue. Alex's Auto Repair serviced us, and simply lubricated our caliper without us needing to pay over $800 for the whole brake service like Downey Care Care was quoting us. Alex's Auto Repair took the time to verify the issue, charging us less than half of what Downey Care Care center wanted to charge. My issue with this location is they would have happily overcharged us for a service that was not needed. Take your car to Alex's Auto Repair, save your time and money. While Downey Care Care Center was busy playing around, we had to spend extra time and money booking a rental car. (Photo on the left is from Alex's Auto Repair who took the time to verify the concern and lubricate our caliper. The photo on the right includes one page of many pages of services recommended by Downey Care Center including replacing the brake caliper and fluid exchange had we chosen to go that route.) Makes me question if the remaining suggested repairs (not all pictured below) by Downey Care Care Center were even necessary.
