She was courteous, emailed, and returned calls promptly. We provided Ms. Chung with the correct measurements for a nail on window but due to quality control issues, it had to be returned. It came unwrapped, unprotected and, as a result, scratched, dinged, and was actually warped in the manufacturing process. Another replacement was delivered, this time wrapped and protected. The partially installed, incorrect window was removed and in its place, the nail on was installed (however not by Evergreen) with the proper shims, flashing before and after window installation, and caulking. I am glad this ended on a good note, since other than the communication issue, the floors look amazing, and his team worked hard and quickly. His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Instead, since he has been fully paid, he won't even see the project to the end to make sure he delivers on quality work.
