(i didn't even mention anything about the cut, she mentioned it herself) and let me go with my toe looking absolutely insane. and just today, not even 2 weeks later, my whole other toe nail just popped off!! never giving this place my money again!! complete waste, awful service, 0/10.

She used very long strokes, a lot of which run straight which looks really bad. But when I get to the front desk the lady there tells me that it's normally $250 but she'll do $200 if I pre-pay. Shady business practice! Bad customer service, had to call for a month to get refund for prepaid touch up, cause I'm not going back! They made me call back several times and I even left messages on voicemail. They never initiated a call back. I never got an apology for bad product and service. Just a waste of money and time is all this was!
