ripped off my acrylic nails even after i said it hurts and then didn't even take off all of my acrylic i had to do the rest at home

The first and last time ever coming here. Horrible. I can't even believe I paid for these. I was so upset leaving here I went to Kroger to find anything to cover my horrible nails. After painting them they were tolerable. Not even a week later one broken off from opening the car door. I then stopped at another nail salon down the street to get my broken nail fixed and he even noticed how awful these looked. I offered to pay to have the one nail fixed and I'd even paint over it again. He offered to give me a fill in to try to fix them as best he could completely free of charge. I was extremely happy with the work the other nail salon did and I now go there instead!! read more

I received a pedicure that took 20 min from start to finish. Feet were left rough on the bottom, calluses not taken care of and only 1 coat of polish (2 coats is customary) In addition to this, when my cuticle was being trimmed, the trimmer was jabbed into the side of my toe and the man didn't even appologize. Needless to say I will not visit this salon again and do not recommend. Since reopening after covid shutdown, services have drastically taken a decline and this time, there was only 1 other customer in the salon while I was there so the poor service wasn't due to being busy. read more

Used all dirty tools on me, chemicals burnt my nails showed them a picture to use looked nothing like the photo argued over pricing and ended up walking out. Would absolutely not recommend. Nothing is sterilized and all files and drill bits are reused and not sterlized. Had to personally ask for a towel or wipe to wipe down the station they had me sit at he simply threw a towel down and continued to use already used dirty equipment on me. If you don't want a fungal infection I reccomend highly going somehwere else! Second photo is what I asked for first is what I received. read more

I have gone here for years. Today, they sat me down in a chair, said it would be a few minutes, proceeded to take a walk in ahead of me. I arrived at 10:15, and she didnt come over till 11am. I have an 11:30 appt to be at so I got up and walked out - only asked that she had been honest and not had me sit expecting to get service - only to watch a walk in sit right down and get service. Terrible. And had the nerve to ask if I just wanted a color change? No. If thats all I wanted thats what I would have asked for. Wont be back. So dissappointing. Just tell me the truth so I can come back another time, do not sit me down and expect I wait near an hour before being seen. read more

The one star is for the one nail tech they have that is actually able to produce quality work. Everyone else is HORRIBLE. unsanitary and not able to communicate with the costumer. The guy I had was very rude and sat in silence for an hour and a half. Will never return. read more

Not sure what I got but it chipped today after just having then done two days ago and it's chipping off?? Shellac has never chipped and at the very least I could "peel" it off if it did, this that's on my nails needs to be soaked off. Sad. read more

I was in there Friday and had the new dip nails done or whatever you would like to call it. I haven't been in this nail salon in months because it seems like every time I go the service gets worse and worse. Well needless to say the gentleman that did my nails was very rude and sat in silence the whole time. I ask him multiple time to file down my nails more and clip one of my hang nails. He did not so basically got my nails done with a hang nail lol. Yup you guesses it by monday my dipped nails have completely cracked and came off. read more

This place is clean & friendly & has great prices! They have awesome massage chairs for pedicures and gave me the best leg/foot massage I have ever had! I would definitely go back again!! read more

if I could give a negative 5 I would! I just had the most atrocious experience! Today the guy 1st asked if I was tired and when I said No he said oh well you look really tired to which I responded "oh that's what every girl wants to hear " so the manicure continues and 1 of my thumbs gets nicked-normally not a big deal as it's an easy fix...he proceeded to yell at me and I mean yell at me in front of a full salon. And when I asked why he was being so rude he screamed that I was the 1 being rude and proceeded to say 4 more times that I must just be tired! Then when I said was done and went to pay I was putting my card back in my wallet and he proceeded to yell at me that I had to sign before I left as if I was trying to just skip out and I said "sir of course I need to sign I'm just putting my card away" and he proceeded to yell some more. I'm now crying in Kroger parking lot and I don't cry! I've never in my life been treated that way at any salon or store! And to top it off he didn't even correctly fix my mail so now I'm out my money, have a jacked up nail and got berated read more

I made an appointment for a shellac manicure...when I signed in I wrote shellac manicure...and when I was asked what services I wanted I specifically said shellac manicure. Much to my dismay, I was sent to the table of a tech I've seen before and was less than thrilled with. I figured I'd give him another shot and try him out again. BIG mistake! For the second time...he didn't give me a manicure, just filed and put shellac polish on my hands. When I asked him if he would mind trimming ONE of my cuticles, he did, and then had the nerve to tell me I should get a manicure next time. I let him know that I did, in fact, ask for one...multiple times! I also let him know this was the SECOND visit where I asked for a manicure and he just ignored me. He is incredibly rude and very unprofessional. And big shocker...less than one week later...my shellac is chipping. Won't be going back, and would advise others to look elsewhere. read more
