Their invoice--while showing a $50 rebate--had no invoice number, no signature, and I never interacted with them directly. I worked exclusively with my installer, Arimizer Inc., and paid full price for the system and installation. I initially called them, and when the woman answered the phone, her answer was "the computers are down." When I reached out to AC Center for clarification, they never responded to any of my emails. Their lack of transparency and accountability has led Con Edison to reduce my rebate eligibility from $8000 to $4000 based on a rebate I never received. I've filed formal complaints with Con Edison, the Better Business Bureau, and the NYS Department of Public Service. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this supplier--especially if rebates or incentives are involved.

We have two small children and our Saturday was left waiting for them to show up. They never turned up or called back. This is foundational courtesy and basic in business. I would not recommend based on professionalism. Also, they do not have a physical business location on Google Maps. It's just pinned to a random building. So usually means not an established business and more of a bunch of guys in vans taking calls.

I have been using the heat pumps for 2 years now and I am extremely impressed with the performance of the machines. He thoroughly cleaned all the split systems, 6 of them. He also answered several of questions. He also checked the fluid level for outdoor units. We can tell the difference from the air coming out of the ACs post cleaning. It was 7th year out of the 12 year contract. Every year I have got excellent maintenance from them as part of the warranty contract. I had never have to call them for any issues of any sort in 8 years.

I was quoted 1838 dollars for the maintenance When looking at the facts on time and material I find the following: Maintenance Kit Cost: Genuine Weil-McLain AquaBalance Annual Maintenance Kits (typically containing gaskets, an ignitor, and a flame sensor) are widely available online for $147.00 to $257.00. Labor Time: The manufacturer advises that a complete preventative maintenance procedure should take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Even if charging 200 dollars and hour and a premium kit price ($250), a fair total would be approximately $650 to $750. The quote of $1,838 is nearly triple the high-end estimate. Precharging 125 dollar up front , plus fees and taxes bringing it to over 135 dollars and stating it is required and never having even recieved what the possible fees they charges are is unscrupulous when they are charging over 3X the national average, and when i called for a refund on the estimate stating this i was outright refused.
