I went in for a action Culler and no, I should've done a bit more of the relationship building with the actual stylist. She wasn't super familiar with my hair, but the woman that I previously was visiting I couldn't find on their website. So I went in and requested a pretty vibrant color. she was about 20 minutes behind because of a previous client that was talking quite a bit, though. I suspect it was actually her just based on how she was during my visit once in her seat, she looked at my hair a bit more closely and suggested that she was going to do a new technique on my hair to try and break down the dark color. I am totally open for experimentation. fast-forward about three hours into the job, she completely forgot to notice on my reservation that I had also wanted a hairstyle. When I spoke to the receptionist about the color that I wanted the color of my hair and what I was looking for, she told me to estimate between 3 to 4 hours for my hair. I had done that, but it was taking considerably longer, and by the time she wrapped up with my hair, I was already late for a meeting. So did I get a haircut? No, I did not. The hairstylist was friendly enough at the end, recognizing that she had fail to notice I wanted a haircut from the very beginning. She told me to reschedule my haircut at a later time since I had already paid for it within the cost of the color. Honestly, it was such a pain to schedule this session with my full-time 9to5 job, that I'd rather just take the loss of the money and, find someone else to cut my hair. but the reason for my lower star review is really because of the actual dye job. After about a month and a half of using color safe shampoo and other things to keep my vibrant color, the majority of the color had washed out. I'm now three months out from when I dyed my hair and the color is all but gone and I'm left with this gross blonde green. personally i think it's because she tried a new technique that she even said herself she was not really familiar with.

I had a haircut with the stylist whose name starts with "H" on 8/21/26. I had the worst and the…read moremost expensive hair cut. I communicated my issue to the salon directly within the same day but no response. I am sharing my experience with the public so you can be aware. I felt scammed by the hairstylist. I made sure to verify the price before the hair cut. I was quoted $54. I thought was reasonable. Before we started, the stylist recommended a "treatment" but I declined after confirming that it is extra. Before she dried my hair, she put products which I assumed was part of blow dry process. However, when I was paying, I learned that it was the "treatment" I declined. The total bill was $110 instead of $54. I double checked the price before the hair cut to avoid the hidden extra charge. It was a 40 min pixie hair cut. I did not want to make a scene and argue in front of other clients so I just paid. The stylist did not clean my head throughly after the hair cut. I was covered by hair. My car was covered by hair after I drove. Upon arriving home, I had to shower immediately. So whatever the "treatment" I paid, it had to be washed away after the hair cut. I should have gone to the beauty school if I was going to receive such bad hair cut. It is uneven. She was trying so hard to put product and blow dry to make it look decent to cover up her bad job. I was quite horrified when she seemed to be done. I reminded her to look at the example picture I showed her before the hair cut started. She was unable to even come close to the picture I brought to her. I expected the fancy looking salon like that would take pride in hiring a certain level of experienced stylist. One last thing. I asked one of their receptionist to text me the address of the location. The Apple Map took me to the other side of Highway 6. I was late because of the bad address she provided. Make sure to search under "Celebrity Spa and Salon". Update on 8/24/26: The Salon called me back to "make it right" by giving me the credit back on the portion that I was overcharged on credit for my/my family's next visit. I am out of state. And even if I am in town, I will not go back to them. They understood that but refused to reimburse me via the credit card I was charged. So in the end, I was scammed. If you are looking for an honorable and integrity business, this place is not. Buyers be aware!
