Day of, they arrived a few hours earlier than expected since there was an issue with their other project. It was fine with us, the sooner they work on removing the trees the sooner the project will be over. They removed the trees quickly and were super sweet to my daughter as she watched from the window. Cost was significantly lower than all other companies and the information on the work to be done was more detailed than all but one other company. Only one to include treating fig tree stumps to prevent regrowing (these trees weren't planted, but self-seeded and grew back quickly when I trimmed away all but the main trunk). Quick efficient workers, used wood chipper and hauled away everything including the small pieces of branches once they were done. Excellent company! read more

Javier's crews have been really awesome! They trimmed many tall trees in the front and back of my house. They are very experienced in picking the right branches to cut and super speedy at execution. They are cautious around the house, making sure the branches don't fall on the fence, power lines and roof lines. At the end. The crew went onto the roof to blow the leaves down and did a thorough cleaning before they leave. The trees can now breathe better, the air circulating has also improved. I think this is my first Yelp review. I hardly ever leave a review, but never have I been so impressed, that I felt compelled to leave one. I had been looking to get four trees removed from the backyard and had been searching for someone to do it for a few months. I looked at a lot of top rated companies on Yelp. We would schedule a time for them to come look to get a quote and then they would no show and I wouldn't be able to get a hold of them again. Some came, provided a quote, and then nothing. After lots of annoying interactions like that, I reached out to JC Tree Experts. Javier came out and provided the best quote (of the ones that did provide an estimate). We settled on a date that was two weeks out. Not going to lie, I got a little nervous that I was going to get ghosted again since we didn't have any communication between accepting his estimate and the scheduled tree removal date. But they showed up. His crew worked like a well-oiled machine. I was in awe watching them work. Everybody worked hard and completed the job within the day. You can tell they all meant business and didn't waste time with the job. Now the trees are gone and my backyard is clean. We waited too long to have the big jacaranda tree in our front yard trimmed. It was starting to look gangly, too close to the wiring coming from the street, to ours and the neighbor's house. One giant limb was beginning to lean closer and closer to our roof and had to go, JC arborists gave our tree the perfect trim! It looks so beautiful, balanced and much healthier!
