Awesome. Found iPhone Doc NYC on Yelp the evening before. Michael got in touch quickly w an estimate that was less than half of what Apple charges ($70 instead of $169). Another company that I have used before (I have broken a lot of screens) had a similar price but no mobile service and I would have had to travel by subway to Manhattan. (no way!) I couldn't believe the price for mobile service. I booked an appointment for 9:00 am the next morning. At 8:52 am he was pulling up on the next block. I brought my phone downstairs and handed it over to a polite efficient and fully masked Michael. He called 10 minutes later and was done. I got my gorgeous phone with a beautiful new screen after it was freshly wiped down w Lysol before being handed to me. It's working perfectly. I paid by Venmo. Said thanks and good bye. I'm a lifetime NYer and that was probably the easiest most efficient and hassle-free experience I have had getting a great service.
